Without a doubt one of the worst golf courses I've played. The greens were in terrible condition--they looked like they'd been run over by an 18-wheeler. Fairways and tee boxes weren't much better, and the overall course maintenance left a lot to be desired. The only positive is that it's inexpensive, but even at that price it doesn't feel like a good value. I'd much rather spend a little more to play a course that's actually enjoyable. There are plenty of better options in the area, and unfortunately this isn't one I'd recommend. They couldn't pay me to come back and play here again. read more

The GOOD = staff are super friendly and carts are newer with charging units....and beer prices are decent The BAD= everything else! They had the audacity to charge $55 to play this pasture. There are no blue tees ; but then again it was hard to tell where tee boxes were, since every box was just a shaved fairway Tee boxes were like an ashtray of broken tees. Tee boxes needed a hammer to get a tee in! Tee boxes line you up to other tee boxes and put players in harms way. Greens were super fluffy and soft. But they use the same hole all the time ( no old holes could be found on any greens). The ground was actually growing over the cups. Green speed was around 2-3 on a stimp I have never been at a course with so many horrible golfers in one place. We heard FORE over THREE dozen times. The course is littered with balls and people just play whatever ball they find first. I personally lost three balls to other players picking them up or playing my ball. Traps are loaded with foot prints and loaded with weeds They need about 12 rangers for this place. We got stuck behind a foursome who had two open holes in front of them. Starter spoke to them on 5 and then we never saw him again This place isn't even worth using as a place to work on your game, since you never know what roll or bounce you're going to get There's no beer girl or range. They only let you buy two beers per nine holes per person. So pack your own! The putting green was atrocious and was like walking on a bed comforter My advice is bring a helmet, a weed whacker ,a blow up mattress and lots of beer....you're gonna need them all read more

Zero. Absolutely the worst kept course I've ever been on in 50+ years of playing this game. Should be shut down. Tee boxes are cement, fairways are weeds, dirt, and a little grass every once in a while, forget the so called greens. Half the green has no grass just hard pan from a fungus, the other half of the green has long grass that hasn't seen a roller in over a year. Just horrible. read more

The terrain in the Vietnam war would be easier to hit a ball from, rather then anywhere on this course. To charge $36 for this nonsense is something I can't wrap my head around. Don't waste your time or money. Was a good course at one time. Tee boxes dirt or burned out. Not much grass on them. Fairways had a lot of burned out dead areas. Greens burned out, diseased. Then you had those that had very thick and spongy areas. On the 8th green the left side bunker looks like it hasn't been taken care of in a long time. No sand and huge area of grass. Had a do not enter sign. Didn't take any pictures but the ones you see here on other reviews are current and accurate. This past winter the majority of tee boxes were shutdown and you had to play from temporary ones. I get that, but now you can tell they're just not interested in taking care of this place. Also had a few temporary greens. And the ones that were temporary, those current greens are in bad shape as well. Would give this place a zero if that was a selection. Played here on 13 Aug 2024. Be careful around their sprinkler heads because you can't see them as they are completely covered over in thick grass. Makes a bad hole to step into because you can't see it. Experienced this on the 18th green. read more

The fairways are a disgrace. Difficult to control the ball regardless of how accurate the shot. The lack of grass allows to ball to bounce is all directions which often means it rolls into an adjacent fairway, Also, difficult to place a tee as the ground is often too hard. However, the course is decent early in the season when the fairways are green and a bit harder as most fairways slope either right or left, That means one has to drive the ball more accurately. But this time of year...the course sucks! read more

Not the best course and not well maintained. Even after all the rain we've had the ground was bone dry and cracked. I won't complain about the gnats because EVERY course this summer is swarming with those annoying suckers. One good thing is the fairways are wide open so, it's very difficult to lose a ball. Just tried this hide away oasis . The course is great with the spacious fairways of the front nine combined with the tactically challenging twists and turns of the back nine. The family that owns the course is genuinely nice and Has been there since the beginning in the 1970s with the grand father A legitimate golf celebrity and touring sensation. I love this place as my local go-to for a quick round. I'm a +22 and like this course because it's challenging but not hard. It doesn't penalize you for every stray shot. There are some tough holes on the back nine that will test your game but overall it's a pretty relaxed round. On top of that the prices are great compared to surrounding courses and the people that work there, and the course regulars, are great, friendly and helpful. Discounts for military and first responders too. Is it the prettiest or well maintained course around, no, but you won't pay $65/round and deal with crotchety old men as rangers. If your looking for a low key, enjoyable round Neshaminy Valley is the place. read more

You get what you pay for. Not the best maintained course in the area but a good value for the money. Except for going from 9 to 10 fairly easy to walk. You can't beat the after 430 $21 to ride and they usually let you go at 4. I like it. read more

Been playing here for over 10 years and it's a good course for what you pay. Like another reviewer said the 430 twilight for $21 is great. You can get 18 holes in during the summer if you play at a decent pace. Not an amazing course but the value you get can't be beat vs other courses in the area. read more

Has to be one of the worst experiences golfing in a long time. They could act like they care and mow the tee boxes. First tee I couldn't even find a spot where the grass wouldn't interfere with a low 3wood tee. At least there was some grass there, I guess. They do slightly less than the minimum required here. Enjoying a round of golf at NV is really a matter of perspective. This is a family owned, casual golf course. Used to have a reputation as a retirees course, but pace of play has improved over the years, and you can walk anytime ( ++ for me). Somewhat old school in design, you will not loose too many balls, and the scoring protection is primarily the heavily sloped, but pretty slow greens. It's a basic layout and I play here frequently, considering my rounds to be practice. They've have been making improvements over the last 2-3 years - so if you have not been for a while it may be worth it if you are not a golf snob. The conditions are primarily dictated by the weather - as they have little to no irrigation, so if it has been 2-3 weeks of good grass growing weather - they are probably in good shape. The re-sanded the bunkers, but have not been raking them out & after rain they are still a nightmare, but for now the sand is better than a few other local courses. They also dressed up the "clubhouse" - don't know what else to call it, but that is a stretch, and started selling beer - which I hope has helped their bottom line. read more
