Greens are horrible, fairway is good, boxes are trash. Not a trash can in sight for anyones trash. Just overall horrible upkeep.

The starter that was working yesterday was the single biggest asshole I've ever encountered on a golf course. My group plays together once a week so we are very conscientious of etiquette, dress code, pace of play, etc. We were not drinking. We were punctual. At the turn we ran in for a Gatorade and a hot dog each. Upon receiving our food, the start came running in and immediately started absolutely screaming at us, asking what the hell we were doing, if we were crazy, cursing etc. it was so obnoxious that we he was joking with us. He wasn't. He was furious that we stopped in the break area after hole 9. Screaming about pace of play. Meanwhile we didn't have a single hole where anyone was in the tee box before we finished, nor did we have to wait for anyone ahead of us at any point. The guy is extremely lucky there wasn't an immediate physical altercation based on his words and tonality. I've never seen anything like it. After the round, to be courteous we jokingly asked if we made good enough time. This dude acted like he had no idea who we were and told us we made great time on the day. It was like the twilight zone. With that said, me and my foursome will never be back. I realize this course doesn't need our money. But we don't need their aggravation. It is completely unacceptable to have someone with such pathetic communication skills interacting with every patron on your course.

Our group of 20 arranged for 18 holes of golf and lunch after. Unfortunately, I injured myself a…read moreday prior and could only do the lunch. I pass this course quite often, played there years ago and was disappointed that I couldn't golf. I forget about this course actually. Anyway, as my group finished golf and arrived for lunch most said the grounds were as hard as a rock, not in good shape and I should be glad not to have golfed that day. Hmm. They all said no more golf outings there. In all fairness, it is the first week of Spring and maybe it just needs more time since the season is just starting. Nonetheless...they were very disappointed. On a good note, the 20 of us sat on the outside covered patio and had a really good lunch. I wasn't expecting much based on the bad reviews of the course therefore I was quite surprised just how good the food was at their restaurant. My burger and fries were delicious. Cooked exactly as requested. The chicken cheesesteak was a huge sandwich and filled with a generous amount of chicken. Two could easily share that. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks. Only one mishap...they ran out of fries! Substituted onion rings. Normally, that would be a good thing however, the onion rings looked awful. Skinny and overdone, more fried breading then onion...not the good kind of onion rings. Glad I was last to get the fries otherwise my review would be less stars. The quesadilla, salads and other meals also looked very good and generous portions. Our service was friendly and timly. I can see going back for lunch at some point to dine outside on a nice day. Not sure about the golf? I was fluctuating between 3 and 4 stars bc 3.5 would be my pick however, I just can't do 4 stars...hopefully next time. And I will try the restaurant again...probably one of the better restaurants in that area.

Played this course the other day and overall quite happy…read more The pros; a very scenic course where you feel like you are in the Poconos. There are 3 holes in the middle of a neighborhood, other than that you are in the middle of the woods. In fact before you get to the first hole you need to ride about 5 minutes through hilly forests. It's pretty amazing this is lower bucks county which is pretty built up. It was well groomed with nice fairways and massive greens. I found it challenging in that there is not much room for error. Ponds, the Neshaminy Creek, vegatation are all things you need to navigate over. We did not stop in for a drink at the club house but it seemed nice. Equipped with a bar, television and pool table I am sorry we did not stay to check out what else it had to offer. The cons; the website tends to lead you to believe that you could play 18 especially when you look at the scorecard, but it's really 1-9 repeated. It's only 9 holes, which is fine but they charge you for a full 18, and tell you it's unlimited golf. There are two pins on each green in case you go around twice you have different holes to go to. So for what is a ultimately a 9 hole course it is a bit pricey. $36 for 9 holes at twilight. Also there were no maps at the beginning of each hole, so for a first timer on the course you feel like you are swinging blindly. Would still come back regardless of the price, but I think there are other places to go for 9 holes that are less expensive.

Will never return here. The old fat guy on the golf cart approached us very aggressively and…read moreaccused us of "hiding our carts" on the first hole so the players behind us couldn't see us? They were parked next to the sign that said "carts", so if we were doing something wrong, we were not aware. You don't treat paying customers the way he did. Extremely unprofessional, I just wish he would have got the manager as he threated to, so I could have let him know what an ignorant and rude employee he is. He was overly concerned about our speed of play, but it doesn't take a genius to know you can only go as fast as the group in front of you.
