When you walk into the Nespresso store, you are immediately transported into a world of luxurious coffee options and accessories. They even have a really cool area to try certain coffee pods of the day. Being new to the nespresso world , I was pleasantly surprised with the nespresso team and the service.

I got a Nespresso for Christmas and was excited to check out this store in the Mall of America! Walking in, the staff was helpful and showed me the full list of products compatible with my machine. I was sad to see they didn't have any store-only flavors, accessories or discounts. Prices were the same as online. They do have a tasting bar, but you can't try anything you want - they have certain flavors available for the day. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to visit again, but if I'm in the area I would stop by for my espresso needs!

Solid place to get coffee/talk coffee. Space is posh and encourages you to enjoy your company and new products from this brand. Nespresso change this space frequently and i enjoy that because it keeps you coming back to see what's new. Has other products outside its famous pods. Has every product from this brand. Gives you a different perspective than buying from a department store

Once upon a time, I used to be a Keurig fan. That single serve was just perfect for that single girl life I lead. Then the word spread about how bad the k-cups are for the enviornment. I went searching for a alternative to cure my caffeine fix without having to wait while making a huge pot of coffee that just goes bad. I had always admired Nespresso, then a few years ago, the Christmas spirit also known as Santa gave me a Nespresso Machine and my world changed. I slowly went away from the K-cups and started to enjoy the creamy taste of the espresso perfection. Fast forward to last year I bought a second machine, so I now rock the original and the vertuoline. With that the pods are not as accessible as the k-cups. For the years I have had to order online and wait to get my order or drive to Uptown and visit calhoun square. While Calhoun Square is closer to my home, I gave the MOA location a shot. It was nice and easy to get to. Located on the first floor the store was busy with customers. They will make you a sample so you can try before you buy (or just get a caffeine fix if your desperate). They have a point you can drop off your used pods if you don't feel like dropping them off at UPS (they also have the recycle bags at the store if you need). Nespresso makes recycling your pods so easy which makes me love them even more! Nespresso, you stole my heart and this added location is probably the best one yet!

Good to know: Bring in your recyclable pods here when picking more coffee. They will also give you recycle bags with a prepaid UPS label. This is a nice store with friendly staff. They offer cups of espresso or coffee if you'd like to try something before you buy. I appreciate this. There's no pressure to buy. Nespresso sells itself. If you are here on a weekend there may be a wait.

I wanted to think about my options and come back later to actually purchase the machine and felt no pressure or negative energy from the employee once I told her this.

There is some street parking as well as some paid ramps. I came in on a Saturday morning around 10AM. By then, it was busy, but I was able to still find a seat. The staff were kind and I think as pleased with the number of drink options as well as pastries - gluten free, too! I enjoyed a seasonal lemon bar latte (yum!) and a gluten free banana chocolate chip muffin. I will likely be back. The coffee is great, the parking situation is just a bit weird.

I used to live in the area and when the small coffee shop opened I was so exited to have that in our community and was happy to support them - even if some coffee beverages were top dollar. I was in the area today, and decided to stop in since I no longer live in the area and wanted to enjoy a good brew. Unfortunately, the experience I had left me leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth - and it wasn't from the coffee. I thought it goes without saying, but when a customer greets you, you should greet them back, not just stare. It would be even better if your staff would greet each customer first - make them feel welcome. Maybe I'm a millennial channeling boomer energy, but for years I'm noticing the customer service disappearing from a lot of businesses. I love that connection, but I'm understanding that some people see only a paycheck and skid by with minimal customer service and that is the new way. I don't plan to visit this establishment again. I wish the barista with star tattoos would have put in enough customer service energy that she did with her impeccable makeup.

I was thankful to be put on the next flight out of MSP, with a stopover in Chicago. I frankly wouldn't choose this time of day to fly out. First, being at the airport at 3:30 am for a domestic flight isn't great. Most folks don't function well at this hour if they hold a day job. Second, all Caribou Coffee joints at MSP aren't open. They claim to be open at 4 am, but staff were smart to not go for that start time. I walked around concourse E. There were only two places open. The other place had a longer lineup. I went with Roasting Plant Coffee instead. If you know me well, you are probably wondering why a tea drinker would be at a coffee joint. It wasn't for coffee, although iced coffee on the menu did cross my mind. I needed a bite to eat and something to wash it down with. This place does have hot chocolate, tea, iced tea, and smoothies, which made me happy. Instead, I saw a bottle of Diet Pepsi. Why not have that for breakfast? I frankly felt like something fizzy. Since I couldn't get my favourite sparkling drink from Caribou Coffee, pop seemed perfect. There were maybe eight people in front of me. Some customers took their time to rattle off their specialty drink of choice with at least six words in the drink's name. I didn't mind it. It allowed me to look at the baked goods and figure out what I wanted. The lone man handling customers and the entire operation was extremely friendly and perky at this hour. He was refreshing to talk to. The caffeine is effective here! I had already grabbed a bottle of Diet Pepsi and placed it on the counter. I looked at the baked goods in the display. The blueberry cobbler muffin caught my attention. I like blueberries. I hadn't had a muffin in eons. Let's do it! I paid with a credit card. I tapped and all was great. He placed my muffin in a bag. I thanked him and walked out of the cafe. There was seating in this cafe. I don't know why no one wanted to sit there. I decided to sit near my gate on this concourse. There's a reason why I don't do muffins often. They are loaded with sugar. This one had a ton of sugar on top that was highly unnecessary. I actually took the sugar off, which made the Korean woman, who was sitting two seats to my left, shaking her leg vigorously as if she wanted to create a woman-made earthquake, look at me funny. I looked at her and then her shaking leg. She stopped staring. Her leg also stopped shaking and baking. I continued to remove the sugar. Taking sugar off the top of a muffin isn't as crazy as trying to make the earth move at an airport. The muffin was fluffy. There were plenty of blueberries mixed in. I loved the fruit. This muffin tasted much better with half the sugar removed from it. My Diet Pepsi hit the spot. Cold. Refreshing. Caffeinated. I recommend pop in the morning when you are running on three hours of sleep. It got me through my two flights home. The fizziness brought me joy. This coffee joint was a nice find. I'm thankful that it was open so early. The man running the joint was wonderful. Caffeine is everyone's friend here. (33)

They have a huge variety of beans, and they will grind them for you if you like. The shop is small, and it has that awesome coffee aroma inside and out, but their coffee is plenty expensive. Also, be warned that if you're the type of person who likes to enjoy their coffee without politics, you might be somewhat put off by the Liberal-forward vibe of this shop, what with some of the coffees being named after Liberal politicians, ie "Obama Blend" or as others have mentioned here a coffee named after Bernie Sanders. The staff at the shop were always polite enough to me, and I never experienced name calling as another reviewer did, but then I don't wear my politics on my sleeve or confront others about theirs. After all, I only went there to buy coffee, not change the world or anyone's philosophical, political, or religious views. Recently, (January 2026), I drove the 15 some-odd miles to their shop only to find they had closed that day to attend protests in a "No Work, No School, No Shopping" strike due to law enforcement activity in the cities. I enjoy supporting local small businesses, but the "Politics First, Customer Last" business model doesn't work for me. Besides, I feel like they must be doing pretty well financially if they can just close up shop unannounced without so much as a notification on their website or phone answering message to warn customers who might actually be driving a fair distance, burning real gasoline which costs real money, to buy their stuff. I liked their coffee, but it just isn't worth the expense or inconvenience to me anymore, so I go elsewhere.
