After waiting for an additional 30min, I asked the girl at the front if she had any idea what was going on. When I tried to explain how long of a wait we had been experiencing, she turned her back on me and completely ignored me. After another 10min a manager finally came over and I told them what was going. I advised that if our food wasn't ready, that I wanted a refund. She went to check on the food, at this point it had been 1hr since our order, and it was still not ready. When I advised I wanted my refund now, I was instead given a random piece of carrott cake that I neither wanted nor asked for. I was asked "does this help at all?" In reference to the cake, I advised it didn't and I wanted the refund. The manager said nothing and just left. Finally after over an hour of waiting and a refused refund, we got our food. Incredibly, the order wasn't even correct. All around the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Terrible staff, terrible wait times, and mediocre food.
