It looked like most had been sold. They did have a few containers of mini pancakes with blueberries and some croissants. I tried the mini pancakes. They were very puffy almost biscuit like appearance.They were little on the dry side. I had them to go so it was too late to ask if they had syrup. The blueberries were fresh and delicious. The woman working at the counter let me know that they are closing at the end of the month and they will reopen in spring at a different location . in the past they have had farmers markets on Sunday. She wasn't sure if they would be one at the end of January 2026, so follow them on Instagram to see when in spring 2026 they will reopen and also to see if there will be a farmers market this month.

I stopped by Pink Coffee for a quick pick me up but ended up sticking around awhile longer because the place was just so cute! The cafe is located at the front of a small business park with an outdoor seating area around back and a drive thru along the front. It's hard to miss with all of its bright pink flowers! The barista was fantastic and quick with my drink, the fall decorations were super chill, and the matcha lattes were pretty yummy! My order was a Matcha Latte with Pink Cold Foam and Almond Milk. The Pink Cold Foam was so sweet and delicious, and was a fun addition to the drink. I'd highly recommend it for a fun treat. The Matcha Latte itself was crafted very well. It was smooth, I could taste the matcha clearly without any bitterness, and I wasn't faced with any powder at the bottom of the cup or bits floating around the drink. I will say that while the drink alone was reasonably priced, the add ons will rack up the cost rather easily. I definitely recommend giving Pink Coffee a try, even if it means going out of your way just a little bit. Make sure to snap some cute photos and wear pink if you visit on a Wednesday.
