We moved down the street into an apartment complex and have been plagued with issues in the almost 7 months we have been living there. I reached back out to Timberline and Amy, Jennifer, Julia... A.k.a. the dream team... found my family a beautiful new home for the same price we were paying at the apartment. I tell you these people genuinely care about their tenants, treat them with respect, and always do right by them. I am a single mom on a limited budget, with their rental program to ownership program... I know I'm in the right hands to eventually own a home. Almost 20 years of renting and I've never had such an amazing experience with a property management company and will never rent from anyone else again. The fact that they will also help me find my family's forever home... brings me such peace of mind and makes the process so much less intimidating. Well, the rental house we really wanted (and are still currently in) just so happened to be managed by Dorman and I can say with the fullest sincerity that we couldn't be more impressed, thrilled, and grateful for the AMAZING service/relationship we've cultivated with such an outstanding company! We're especially grateful for Rachelle, whose ongoing assistance, patience, and understanding is unbelievably astounding! Raegan has also been delightful to work with so a HUGE thank you to the both of them... they truly rock! I feel as if we're slightly high-maintenance renters, specifically as it relates to our rental renewals. Despite that fact, Rachelle has NEVER once made us feel like a burden (when surely, we must be, at least a little). What's more, last year when local rent prices were through the roof, we were absolutely certain that our rent would skyrocket when we renewed as the lease clearly states that renewal rates can adjust in accordance with current market values. We were flabbergasted to find that Dorman did not raise our rent one penny!!! No joke, this is one amazing company with even more amazing employees! I was really skeptical of this company seeing the previous negative comments from and tenets and home owners. During the interview with Zoe I do remember me asking her if they could handle the property being that I didn't want to be hiring them with more on their hands then they could handle. With that being said we asked questions and we trusted that they could handle our house. First red flag was that after we met up with Zoe we signed the contract and were waiting to get back with her to take over the property we were moving out fast and haven't heard from them. My wife had to reach out to her about putting the house on the market for rent. That's when she said "she thought we changed our minds" so she never thought to reach back out to us. HUH?! How? We signed the contractual agreement for y'all to take over the property why would we change our minds or who do you have us confused with? So after we got her together on the property we also noticed how slow she was moving to get folks interested into the property. We aint trying to pay the mortgage and rent elsewhere that aint it! Meanwhile my wife wasn't waiting for nobody so she ends up getting a couple into our house quick. Everything was cool until things that needed to be taken care of about the house didn't get tended to like it should have because of their poor communication. We lost a tenet because of them, so yea we fired them swiftly and got a better property management in Sage Dream (highly recommend). That was another problem after letting them (Muldoon) go, we (wife and I) and the new Property Management were both working on trying to get in contact with Zoe and anyone from Muldoon to get the move-in checklist from our previous tenets to get things going but as expected little to no response. I can tell you Sage Dream Property management never got in touch with them about the checklist which costed us more money, oh well good riddance I guess it was worth it. I also don't care for the fact that we had to wait til the end of the month to get our money from rent being paid. Muldoon Associates are very shiftless and may have taken on a lot more than they can handle it obviously shows, or maybe they're just lazy idk. I highly recommend that you DO NOT trust these folks with your property. You see them just keep scrolling.

After contacting them and giving them $60 for a background check, most recent paystub and letter from mortgage company. When I got background check I noticed it was also a credit check. Did not know this. haven't rented a house in over 30 years. Just to see it has your payment history on it. then they still wanted more from the mortgage company and another paystub $30 fee to register each animal x2 $60. 2 months bank statements 3 bills with your name and address . just seemed very overboard. I ended up using remax. much better experience and much easier. save yourself money, time and stress.

The place was disgustingly dirty, had no heat and I was told the rent reflects the condition of the property. These people are FRAUDULENT and will do everything in their power to give you the lowest quality living conditions. STAY AWAY. They lure you in with low rent because they plan on keeping your deposit from the beginning. They refused to fix these items while I was living there and suddenly it's problem after I moved out even though I have proof this was the condition prior to move in. BEWARE
