Took my daughter's iPhone 6 for a screen replacement and to replace the battery. First I called for a quote. I went in that same day to get it done. It was $85; pretty reasonable price compare to other places that I called. I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. I went back a few days ago and there was a different guy and he advised that the fee was $90. I was a bit in a rush and a bit frustrated to hear the difference in price BUT he was totally cool about it. I don't quite remember his name but he was very nice and felt a bit bad, so bad that he called the other guy to ask about the quote. Worst possible place to go too. Went in for a glass repair on a iPhone. When I pick up my iPhone my home button is no longer working, and the screen was scraped in the corner. They weren't able to fix it, they gave me the option to get a full refund but they'd had to put my old crack screen back PLUS my HOME BUTTON wasn't working. Overpriced. Poor Customer Service. Doesn't deliver repair service on date and time promised. Facts: Arrived on day one at 3:30pm for the repair of a cracked screen on a phone. The "rep/manager/owner" of the establishment quoted a price that was $15 more then can be found on Craigslist.com but since I was there already I agreed and paid a small deposit for the repair (mistake number one). I asked when it would be ready and he stated 7pm that day. I returned at 7pm to be told that they didn't have the screen in stock and that I would have to wait until the next day at 7pm. Do you think that they had the courtesy to call me to let me know that they did not have the parts and to not waste my time going to the store? NO. When requested my deposit and phone returned - they refused, stating that the phone had been disassembled already. I asked to speak with the "rep/manager/owner" who attended me earlier and he was conveniently not there/available. To say the least my phone was held hostage... The next day I called to check the status of the repair (so that I wouldn't waste a trip) and their phone went to an answering machine. On a side note, when at the store they have an answering machine with a caller id that 'speaks' the phone number - Hmm I wonder why they do that... I returned later that day at 7pm and when I asked for my phone, I saw them scramble to look for it among other phones that were waiting repair. The "rep/manager/owner" who first attended me told the 'technician' to install the screen quickly....Basically they had the phone for over 24 hours and still did not have it ready. I waited another 30-45 minutes for them install the screen. Did the "rep/manager/owner" apologize for the delay - NO, that would be asking too much (to say the least). When I asked him why they had not called the previous day to let me know that it would not be ready - he said nothing and acted like if nothing had happened. If you want competitively priced service - do not come here. If you want basic customer service - do not come here. If you want timely service - do not come here. I took a chance on their Promo through Yelp; because I I like saving money. I live in the area and always drove by their shop at night. You can't miss it with the Pink fluorescent lighting. I never knew when I would potentially ever need their services. Long story short; I was wasted one night and got into a argument with my girl. Losing my cool, I threw my IPhone against the wall. Of course, the screen shattered and I had a welt on the side of the phone. I thought I was done. I never opted for the insurance with Verizon. So I brought my phone in pieces to Net Comm and I met Alex who helped me that the only thing I really need replacing was my screen. They'll work with the frame and have me up and working later on that evening. Net Comm saved my life. Big time. I had issues with my iPhone 6+ went in to get it checked out told me something was wrong with my battery and because of my cracked screen also had to replace the screen. It worked perfectly fine until 3 months after my screen started to glitch and half my top screen stop working. Other than that my battery also started to drain very quickly. So Overall the experience the price was over priced and time frame was never right. I wouldn't recommend this place at all for nothing I rather show up to an apple store with all the over pricing. This place tries to hustle you. I went in to replace the battery and screen on my iPhone 6. I forgot how much I paid but it was over $100. Anyways I also had my + volume button misplaced. They told me that they will open it and check if the button was just misplaced or if I had to replace the whole wires and buttons. They told me I would have to replace the whole thing for $45. I said no because the volume buttons still worked but I would just have to press really hard to put the volume up. A couple of days my dad went and they told him the same thing tjay they will check, only this time they said it was misplaced and they will clean it and place it back for $25. A few days after, I began having the same problem so I went myself to tell the manager because it has 30 days insurance and they fixed it. Now, why did they tell me whole wires and buttons needed to be replaced but told me dad it was just misplaced. Today, the phone turned off and does not turned back on. It is not the first time it turns off on my dad but this time it does not turn on. I tried restarting ( press the home and on/off button) the phone and connecting it to my laptop and it completely does not turn on. I am going tomorrow to speak to the manger since I live a few blocks away and waisted over $150. Bottom line is take your devices somewhere else. They will replaced part of your phone or devices with cheapy parts. Lesson learned I would take my phone to an actual Apple Store and get my money worth. read more

POOR customer service. They do NOT notify customers when the products are ready for pickup. I had to "figure out" that my computer was ready for pickup. When I get there, it had been ready since the day before. I told the guy I did NOT appreciate no one notifying me. He said the guy had "forgotten" to call me. Do not go here at all. Customer service is terrible and the repair jobs offered are terrible as well. I took my iPad 2 to fix the charging port and although iInitially they had promised to have it in three hours, after three hours I called back and they said that they didn't have it and that they would need more time. The next day I called again and they said they weren't sure what was wrong with the iPad since they claimed to replace the charging port piece 5 times with no success in getting it to function correctly. They offered to return the iPad unfixed or to allow them to keep it for more time so that their other technicians could take a look at it and fix it. After a couple of days, I visited the store and they said that their last technician hadn't checked the iPad. They gave us the choice of either taking the iPad as it was or of coming back in a couple of hours to allow for the final revision to take place. I left the iPad for a couple of hours and when I arrived they told me that the iPad was beyond repair and the motherboard was damaged. They said there was nothing they could do to fix it and just gave it back to me both unfixed and damaged. Once I got home, I noticed that the iPad's screen also had a hairline crack running throughout its length. The damage to the motherboard and the hairline crack that was present on the iPad were not issues that existed before we took the iPad in for repair at this place and this was just damage caused by their terrible workmanship. The iPad was working smoothly and I never encountered any glitches or problems that could indicate motherboard damage. The iPad itself was always protected with a sturdy case and screen protector aside from being handled with care. The only part that needed replacement and that was malfunctioning was the charging port. Furthermore, on the multiple occasions on which I had to speak to the personnel there, they were very rude and not helpful at all. They kept asking for more time and did not tolerate any questioning. The customer service here is terrible. I would warn everyone to stay away from this place and look for a place with actual, good customer service and technicians that are experienced and well-equipped to deal with their responsibilities. This place does not even deserve a star. read more
