Hovik is a miracle worker! My computer hard drive crashed and I took it to Geek Squad for repair. They couldn't fix it and said it cannot be retrieved. Btw...My hard drive and computer was encrypted with BitLocker. I found Hovik online and saw his rave reviews. I figured I would try him out. On 16th December 2016, I had the misfortune of my computer being attacked by the Osiris Ransomwear Virus, which disabled everything on the computer, and rendered it useless. They wanted 3 Bitcoins ($2,750.00) to remove the virus though research indicates the hackers don't always do what you pay them for. I searched the internet for computer experts who had knowledge of retrieving my files from this particular Virus, and chose one who supposedly had great experience. Supposedly he achieved success, but on examining the files, they were still rubbish. I tried everything myself over several weeks trying to remedy the problem by downloading software from several companies on the internet who supposedly had the ability to eliminate the Virus. No luck. I then contacted the next computer consultant on my list, Hovik Mossessi who is an IT Consultant Specializing in Disaster and Data Recovery. Though he wasn't able to remove the Virus, he performed exemplary work in wiping and formatting the hard drive, and returning the computer to an as new state with Windows 10 and various other programs I had previously installed. Additionally, awhile later, when the technical staff at Garmin couldn't assist me in downloading the map update stating the unit's firmware needed a revision, but they no longer supported my model GPS meaning I would have to purchase a new one. Hovik came to the rescue and assisted me in resurrecting the Garmin GPS. The GPS now works perfectly.
