I had been having some problems with my computer for a while then I let one of my friends borrow it because his got stolen. To repay me he gave me my computer back even more messed up than it was before and I noticed it was taking a little while turning on. Eventually the computer crashed and wouldn't turn on and I needed help getting my files out of what I thought may have been a very corrupted hard drive. 5 stars is not enough for this business. I found them on yelp and I got way more than I expected. He came to my house the same night I called him and at a pretty late time. Robert is not only a computer genius but he also has good character and human skills. All I called was for a data back up on my MacBook but he diagnosed my hard drive before anything and found corrupted files. He said I needed a new hard drive but a day later, he called me and said I don't need one anymore because he cleaned everything. He backed up my data. He restored my MacBook. Jewel City Computers is the best IT/Data recovery service I have ever worked with. I went to the Apple Store with my distraught wife's water damaged macbook and waited for the "Genius Bar" for half an hour, only to be told there was nothing they could do.
