I got a lot of work done for literally half of what the dealer quoted and 2/3 of another repair shop. One of the brakes that they replaced had a manufacturer defect that was discovered two months later, and they replaced everything for free under their warranty. They even found damage that the preowned dealership had lied to me about. I cannot say enough about them. They are the gold standard for auto repair shops and mechanics. Best place I have ever taken my cars to since I started driving 25+ years ago.

The very first time I went to him was when I broke down just a shop over from him when I was running a couple of last minute errands before taking off on a road trip the next day. I happened to be right next to Ten's shop. I walked over and he was closing up , said he would look at it. He got one of his guys and they wheeled it over to the shop and he fixed it for me on the spot going about an hour and a half past closing. Who does that? I really feel like he went out of his way to diagnose the problem, explain it to me, and then fix it for a very fair price. In addition, Jim was attentive to customers as they arrived, the waiting room and bathroom were clean, there was free wifi, and there was a Keurig and chilled bottled water available to customers who were waiting. Said that the rear brakes needed to be replaced and several other items that needed attention. Also said that I had a leak in my cooling system. I have a friend that is an auto mechanic so I asked him to check my rear brakes and he said that the br a key were fine and didn't need to be replaced. Also checked the leak in cooling system and found the the hose clamps on the top and bottom were loose. He tightened them and stopped the leak. Why didn't Dave's mechanic do that or did he loosen the clamps? I will never go back to this location for any of my mechanical repairs and definitely not recommended them to anyone else!!!
