If you go during a busy time and sit at a table, service can be a little slow and the last time we were there my friend had to remind the server several times about her drink order. It's a busy place, I get it but worth mentioning. They have a neat little seating area by a fireplace which is a good place to snag. There's also a side room that is good for groups and probably can be reserved. There's a nice outdoor patio too (closed in winter).
