From the very beginning, they treated me like a person instead of just another insurance claim or dumb girl walking into a car shop. One thing that immediately stood out was that they actually asked me, "How perfect do you want this to look?" That might sound like a small question, but it wasn't. They took the time to explain my options instead of automatically pushing the most expensive repair possible, which I really appreciated. I have a 2015 and so it doesn't need to look fresh off the lot. Their estimate also came in **significantly** lower than another shop I visited, but at no point did it feel like they were cutting corners. The repair quality was excellent, and my Mazda looks fantastic again. What really earned this review, though, was the top notch customer service. When they noticed my Mazda emblem had cracked, they replaced it for me. During the conversation I jokingly mentioned making it pink... and they actually custom did it. It's such a fun little personal touch that makes me smile every time I walk up to my car. Most body shops fix your vehicle and send you on your way. Nova managed to fix my car and make the experience pain free and memorable. Nobody wants to spend $$$ on body work, but if you have to, it's nice knowing you're working with people who are honest, communicate well, and genuinely care about their customers. Hopefully I won't need another body shop anytime soon... but if I do, Nova will absolutely be my first call.

I'm so glad I went! When I pulled in, he told me to pull in front of the garage and his older man comes out and just starts working on my car! I didn't even send them any photos or anything! They fixed it for free! Zero dollars! Who does that! I tried to give them a good tip and they wouldn't even accept it. These are the people that deserve it most! They just genuinely wanted to help. They will have all of my business and all my family's business moving forward! Plus, besides losing all that money I don't have to worry about sending in my car for over a week! Took them about seven minutes! I'm wildly grateful! They made my week!

I brought it in for a repair estimate, but the tech instead spent a few minutes (in the blazing sun) and was able to get it all reconnected. I tried to pay, he told me not to worry about it. He did say that the clips are now weak and if it keeps detaching and I need a replacement, I'd be looking at about $1800. I thought that was a little high, but looking it up, it seems like there's extra labor for things like recalibrating the parking/collision sensors.

I've never been this impressed with this sort of stuff before but that's because I've never come across some as downright thorough as this gentleman. To top it off he's reasonably priced and does the work in a very timely fashion according to the level of damage he's having to fix. I had people tell me it would be impossible to fix the hole in my bumper without painting the entire front end of my vehicle claiming that the paint wouldn't blend or look good if they didn't do all that work which would have cost a couple thousand , low and behold Touch Up Masters did it no problem-- you can't even tell where the work was done and the paint was blended. Im so glad I had patience and found this shop because I was losing hope I'd ever fix this issue for a reasonable price. I knew someone out there could do it and not try and rip me off so I kept searching and researching reviews. I'm grateful in more than one way for the outstanding job and integrity of the owner at Touch Up Masters. He kept his word was done when he said he would be charged me a fair price, I couldn't have asked for a better all around experience. Pickup dates were communicated and missed without proactive notice, and I was often told updates were "sent" when nothing was received. My email address was misspelled, which I had to catch and correct myself after not receiving updates or photos. Front desk staff did not proactively notify me when the vehicle was ready for pickup. When asked why no call was made, I was told they were "too busy" and that it "depends on the day." This response showed a lack of customer priority and accountability. The most concerning issue was conflicting information about diagnosis and BMW involvement. At one point, I was told there was no confirmed BMW appointment, and later received a message stating the vehicle was fully programmed and calibrated without dealership involvement. These inconsistencies made it difficult to trust the information provided and left me without a clear timeline. Additionally, the repair was not properly closed in the Carwise system after pickup, which prevented me from leaving a Carwise review and they don't want me leave a review on Carwise with my experience so here I am writing my review Based on this experience, I question how consistently customer experiences are reflected in Carwise reviews. If you use this shop, document everything and expect to follow up repeatedly. I cannot recommend this facility if you value proactive communication, accountability, or transparency.

I was nervous to take it in, because I know being a single female, I could get taken advantage of with estimates and pricing. I was welcomed warmly and the front desk and she summoned Alex to come out and give an estimate. Alex quickly set my mind at ease, he took it back immediately to get it lifted up so he could check the problem. He then took me back to look at it and he explained it was a simple fix to remove the dent on the protective plate and add back the missing clip that holds it in place so it did not hang down. He quickly did the fix and sent me on my way with no cost. This shop has my trust and will be the first place I take my vehicle when it has further issues.
