I desperately needed a vehicle and went to them for help I told them my needs and they sold me a Lemon. A 2019 Ford explorer I put $3,000 down and have made three payments on a vehicle I cannot even drive. The transmission went out the first night I got it. They took it back and fix that problem. Then a few days later the engine went out in the car. They had my car for over a month and said that they fixed that as well. After about a week the engine blew going down I-25. I had to pay 275.00 to have it towed home. They told me they had a solution for me. Which was getting me another car loan for another car but they said they couldn't give me legal advice on what to do with the car I already had. So they tried to stick me with the Ford explorer on top of a Dodge journey they were trying to get me to buy for $10,000. When I refused the offer, because I am a woman of little means they weren't nice anymore. Amy threatened to call the police on me and have me thrown off their lot. Amy told me she didn't care about my daughter with disabilities and didn't care how I got my car off the lot but if I didn't get it off the lot she was going to call the police on me. So here I am stuck with a car that don't run and a loan that I have to pay off with no car to drive. Please think twice about buying a vehicle from this company but they are crooks and take advantage of disabled people and children.

I had terrible customer service from Amy in particular. They did not help fix this issue, and Amy straight up told me to stop contacting them regarding this issue.

I was interested in an Infiniti G37x that they had available on their lot. I went in last Friday…read more(8/21) and was greeted by Cliff. He was very pleasant to talk with. After the test drive, I was still interested in the car but they had not done an inspection, and the warranty included in the price of the vehicle was not extensive enough for me to feel comfortable purchasing it without one. Cliff was very gracious and allowed me to have my preferred mechanic pick up and inspect the car on Monday (8/24). The inspection found a few issues and some potential issues. The immediate retail cost for me to service the vehicle "needs" was estimated at $870; with a follow on cost for new tires depending on selection, but certainly no less than $400. With this in mind we negotiated to have Antera service only the "needs" and I would pay their full asking price (which would leave me to purchase tires at some point in the future). Regrettably the manager didn't agree with these terms, and did not offer a counter, so we parted on good terms but without a deal. Today (8/28), I was contacted by Cliff (very cordially) and was told the manager had agreed to fix one of the two "needs" at the full asking price. Unfortunately I had purchased a very similar car from another dealership two days ago (8/26). If not, I would have considered this counter... ... would seem to me a missed opportunity given the delay in proposing a counter; otherwise all other elements to a car buying process were fine.

Saw their internet posting and drove to Loveland to check it out. It is an old gas station turned into a car lot. Pretty basic, but the vehicles they had were good. It is a father son business. Bryan met us in the lot, listened and came up with a few ideas. Talked about the pros and cons of the various options. Very casual and comfortable discussions. I asked for a CarFax and he went and got it right away. He stated he does that prior to bringing in any vehicles that he is going to resell. He does not resell vehicles that show an accident. Long story short, we settled on a vehicle and put down a small deposit. Came back with a trade in, which they gave us a good amount for. they also have a 3 month warranty on all their sales. Should not have a problem in 3 months, but if it was to go south, that is when it would happen. Brandon did the closing paperwork, pretty straight forward. They do offer an extended warranty via another company, pros and cons on any extended warranty. We did not select. Brandon finished up the paperwork and we were on our way. They seemed to be very straight forward. Good vehicles, good pricing. Similar vehicles in Boulder Denver were higher and not as clean. I would definitely make the drive back to Loveland for a future used car buy with them.

A few days later they called and showed us what their mechanic said and it stated that everything was fine. We purchased the car. Then next thing to go out was the odometer it stoped showing the mileage. 2 months after buying it our car broke down on the side of the road. We took it to shop and the engine died and would cost us 10,000 dollars to repair even though the car was worth less. We called the dealership and asked if they could do anything to help and the guy we talked was rude and threatened us saying they deal with this type of situation all the time and had lawyers that will beat anyone in court if we tried to take any legal action. Not only that the fuel pump was hooked up wrong and was bad even when I hooked it up right with the help of the mechanic. The knock sensor went out 2 days after I got the car and if you know anything about 300zx's they're not fun at all to fix. Then come to find out that the oil wasn't changed in it for at least 10,000 miles was completely black. Also 4 out of 6 spark plugs were shot and the balance tune was rvt siliconed so that they didn't have to spend 50$ with shipping to fix the problem instead they picked the cheap ass 12$ rvt tube and siliconed it and siliconed the o rings inside the balance tube. The car was 2800$ but I mean at least you could do was tell me the truth and be a respectable dealer and tell me it has problems rather than just ripping me off and trying to make a quick buck. I would not recommend anyone go to them and if you do bring a mechanic with a obd2 and 1 and make sure you have them lift it up and check underneath and make sure everything is good before you buy. So this is quite a while after this review but since then the car has been sitting and come to find out that the injectors were not stock oem and there was 2 of them that weren't even squirting at all and on top of that I also had a mechanic look at everything and just to get it back on the road I'm looking at a price of 2700$ which is crazy honestly. After the mechanic took everything apart he also saw that there was a bunch of lines coolant, fuel, and oil lines that were actually corroded bad along with a coolant leak in several places and sitting 9 months can maybe cause one or two hoses but not 13 hoses that need to be replaced. He also put 3 different types of tires on it and left a bunch of stuff in the hatch even though the hydraulics on the hatch was broken as well. Figured out as well that the doors don't lock and needs a new actuator for the doors. Worst place ever. After everything I ended up paying 2800$ for the car then turning around and spending another 2700$ for fixing it. What a joke of a place.
