We test drove it and were not going to buy that day. Fully expecting to be talked into buying it and getting the whole sales pitch, we were pleasantly surprised that was not the case at all. We had such a positive experience that after we drove away we decided to come back and buy the car. Then, we had some problems come up. We were having a really difficult time with getting a bank loan and these guys were so patient and extremely helpful through this process and telling us our options (but never pressuring us to do anything). We ended up getting it all sorted out and left happy with our car. Fast forward about three weeks later, the car starts acting up. It wasn't running well and left us wondering if we were sold a lemon. We decided to call these guys and tell them about the car troubles. They told us to bring the car back to them to have it worked on so we (hesitantly) did that since they initially seemed like such honest guys that it didn't make sense that they would have purposefully sold us this dud. They made it SO right. They put 110% into determining the problem and fixing everything for us. It ended up being something very complex that took a LOT of extra work..not just lifting the hood and replacing one part. This would have cost us a fortune from the dealership and we really lucked out by using their services. These guys are not in the business of screwing people over which is so refreshing in a business with such a bad reputation for doing just that.

They offered to pick me up at the hotel the morning of the purchase. Paperwork went smoothly and staff was kind, patient, efficient, and non pushy. Worked with Paul and then Mark when Paul got busy. Would definitely recommend. Also the truck is great!

My mechanic laughed and said not worth more than $500. I invested $1700 to keep it running, only to find out it needs a new transmission (5k, and not a single mechanic in town will touch it.) Radio was a simple fuse. But honestly, I hope Mike sees this, even after your business shut down, I hope you feel proud about screwing a mother of 3, whose car was totaled because someone rear ended me, and knowing all this, you still chose to lie and screw me and my family. I called to talk to Mike and ask for assistance and let him know how I'd been wronged. Zero sympathy, zero assistance. Talked down to me, gave me a half assed apology for the way i was feeling, no for his actions. Upon his passing, we went to Markley to sell his Honda Passport (where he had purchased it just a couple years ago), I guess out of some show of loyalty. The offer we received was a total lowball, far below even KBB value. Markley even printed a "KBB value" on the offer sheet which was $2000 lower than the value we checked one day after, which seems shady. Excuses were it needed an entirely new windshield (it had one tiny pit, easily filled in with epoxy) and needed an oil change ($50 cost to Markley?). The used car manager was rude and didn't care. Even told us to just "go elsewhere" if we didn't like his offer. We weren't expecting special treatment, but an insulting lowball offer and rude attitude was surprising. Don't bother giving your business or time to Markley... this is a dealer gone apathetic after decades.
