Only if I can give them a 10 star rating! I searched for a Body and Fender shops via Yelp to replace my damaged rear bumper on my van. Willy promptly responded and I was able to go the same day to access the damage. I approved the estimate from Willy and he ordered the OEM part immediately. It took a week and a half for the bumper to arrive. I dropped off the van on Thursday and Willy said it should be done by Tuesday. I received a text the next day and my van was ready. I'm assuming, since it wasn't a major repair they were able to fit me in. Throughout the whole process, I had additional questions via text and Willy and Tony promptly responded to answer my questions. I only have great things to say about this place! My car was damaged in the rear end with a cracked tail light and originally I was going to pay out of pocket but ended up switching insurances and went through them instead. Before going through insurance I needed my cracked tail light fixed so they ordered the part for me and didn't charge me for labor. I talked to a few body shops before going through with the main repairs for my car and felt the most comfortable with Network Collision. I didn't have insurance coverage for car rentals and Willy was also kind enough to help me out with that part as well. I'm so glad I didn't listen to that skeptic in me, because it is I, who is now writing that 5 start review! FOR FREE because the work the team did was amazing! (also Im based in SF and worth the trip ) I got a quick estimate via yelp from Willy - super responsive, scheduled it within a week. He ordered the parts for my Subaru Impreza (had a dent on the body of my car above my passenger tire) and 2 - more than 2" cracks on my windshield. Got it done in 4 days - they were able to work around my schedule and I picked up my car some time after they closed. cool. my car was done as promised with the estimate as discussed. They are friendly, trustworthy, efficient and to add to it, they cleaned my car inside and out! My car looked amazing (will add photos later) I noticed they even got most of this hard stuck on bird poop on two spots on my car! did I imagine that they even waxed my exterior and leather interior? I came here to get the lower part of my car fixed. At first it all looked good, and I was actually happy with the outcome. Few days later, the part they replaced fell off. Willy agreed to fix it for me and kept blaming my aftermarket bumper for it, but that should've been something that was communicated to me beforehand. And with the second repair, they messed up the side of my bumper and ripped the wrap off that area of my car trying to repair on the spot. It hurt. read more

They were responsive, efficient, so nice and easy to work with. They even gave me an estimate through pictures which many places refuse to do. They completed the job, which was to replace a side view mirror and panel, in 15 minutes, not to mention that they noticed my other side view mirror had some paint on it from a minor scrape against my garage and fixed it up as well. I had to install my front plate after being stopped by a cop who was very nice (no fix it ticket, just have the license installed). I thought I would have to drill in the plate so I had to go on Yelp and looked for a body shop. Was driving by with the kids on Hillside at around 4:30pm, saw Network Collision, a nice lady answered the phone and said it's ok even if they were already closed. A guy welcomed me ( I think he was the owner) and he was nice and he helped me put the front plate in - he didn't even ask me to pay. I'm usually the person who reviews something 4/5 stars, because I want to save the 5/5 for *perfection*. Network Collision gets my 5/5. My passenger side rear view mirror got broken off, and I contacted several local body shops about repair. Most of them quoted me double or more what Network Collision quoted me, and most needed me to wait a week for a fix. I was a bit nervous, since Network Collision didn't have as many reviews as the other places, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! Network Collision found me a matching replacement part (so no painting necessary) within a day of me contacting them, and installed it soon after that. The installation was incredibly fast--they did it while I waited in less than 30 minutes. They also fixed a small bend in the door frame that had happened when the mirror got pulled off. I am extremely happy with the service, value, speed, and quality of work done by Network Collision.
