I requested an appointment and he was able to get me in asap coming out on a Sunday morning. The issue was my heat was not working. The first thing he noticed was my antifreeze was almost empty. He went and got the fluid i needed and put it in for me. The heat still wasn't working but he said it probably needed to be driven and sure enough the heat started working with in not even five minutes. He was worried about a leak so he wanted me to keep him updated on the issue. I highly recommend!

The manager, Michael, allayed my apprehension, assuring me that since the transmission had to be pulled anyway, that everything would be inspected and repaired or replaced. They replaced two seals and had it running like NEW in one day. They could have replaced EVERY part in it and I really would have expected that. They are honest, almost to a fault, I'll NEVER take a transmission anywhere else. THERE ARE NO REBUILT TRANSMISSIONS AVAILABLE FOR A 1997 GEO PRIZM and I'm certain that Michael was aware of that little complication, yet he charged me a hundred dollars less than what he had quoted me. This ALONE should speak volumes about this company. If you're a veteran, be sure you tell Michael that up front.

This review is long overdue. I pulled in here for brakes while visiting Knoxville for a wedding…read morelast August. Not only was the much needed brake service on my wife's GX470 reasonably priced and professionally performed, the personal attention while waiting from Mike, the manager, was invaluable.: I told him about a tire on the vehicle that continuously lost air, but every tire dealer/shop could not diagnose the cause. He suggested having them unseat the tire from the wheel, reseat it and replace the valve stem. Bingo! That fixed the issue permanently. I also told him about my Chevy S10 that wouldn't crank after replacing the fuel lines to the fuel pump and that local mechanics were perplexed. He suggested that I replace the fuel filter, even though it had already been replaced recently. Bingo again! This one visit saved me lots of money and relieved lots of headaches. I'll look for reasons to visit Knoxville whenever I need any service that this place offers. Mike is The Man! Thank you Mike! I don't live in Knoxville, but I definitely schedule maintenance when I'm back in town. Although I've been to Firestone and others for my routine oil changes and care care needs when not in Knoxville, they have given me a thumbs up on the condition of my car, even though I knew something was off. Kyle took a quick drive in my car and knew exactly what was wrong. I had to replace two motor mounts, which were a pretty penny, but considering it would have cost considerably more elsewhere, I was OK with it. Plus, she purrs like a kitten again. Hours are M-F, but sometimes will allow for pick up on Saturdays. Kyle is a class act! You won't be disappointed and your pocketbook will thank you!!!
