Insurance referred me to "D-Patrick Motoplex Certified Collision Center" for a fix of my door... I went and got an estimate (that was the only thing that went well). A week later after the estimate I was to have it there on a Thursday morning . They told me it would be done by 5pm on Friday. I live 4 hours away and due to the car and color and rarity not just anyone can touch the car 9/10 people refuse as it is lol anyway I got a hotel so I could just grab it on the way back home. Well we called at 10a Friday "yes it will be done" 2p came and they said it will be done Monday by the time we open. Okay I'll be there as soon as you open Monday.( I already have a tight schedule as I work fire and ems) Fast forward I show up when they open they bring it out. Everything is okay I'm just focused on the door so I go to get gas before I leave. I get to the gas station to get gas they had my gas latch hooked up to my trunk and my trunk latch hooked up to the trunk because they took the door panel off as usual but they didn't put it back right. I turn around and head back well I'm already upset. I get in there and explain the situation well they later explain to me they had to get a donor part because they accidentally cut my door trip (mind you this is a separate area of where the dent and paint chip was didn't have to be messed with) I get looking and it wasn't even on right they as well had to fix that. I do one last walk around before I leave. They wrecked my car there was CRACK IN MY BUMPER. I'm already in contact with my insurance because I was already unhappy. I said something and the kid said I don't know. At this point I'm feed up insurance is already aware of the situation. I don't want them working on my car anymore. I leave it at that and I'm pleasant and figure insurance can handle it. Long story short lol no pun intended. I have the estimate pictures and as well as before and after pictures. They used a robot to do a 360° photo before and one after and in their care, you can see they caused the issue. It's taken a total of 3 months to get my car fixed! DON'T SEND YOUR VECHIALS TO D-Patrick Motoplex Certified Collision Centers. Let my situation make your choice for you. I haven't been able to go to car shows or cruise ins I don't drive it in winter and I feel time has ran out (This is my first yelp review)

Had them take tint off front two windows and replace with 5% and add a strip across the bottom of…read morethe windshield. They couldn't get the right cut on the windshield and ran the tint out to the edge of both driver and passenger windows. Took them 2 different days and a total of 16 hrs to do it. A plus was they came to my work and picked up my vehicle while I was at work. Had to take it to tint unlimited and have them fix both front doors because they were still bubbled to hell. Tint unlimited took their tint off and found scratches on both door and showed them to me. Tint my ride newburgh wouldn't refund the 200.00 that I paid for in advanced. On March 8th I was able to get 50.00 at that time because the owner said that all they had on them and that they would talk to their employee and see if they had used anything to scratch the windows. And I have called and text messaged the owner asking for atleast the other 50.00 so they were not loosing all the money with no other response from them. It has now been 2 weeks without contact. I have a 2023 Mitsubishi outlander which did have the front windows already tinted. And I know without a doubt that the other company didn't damage with windows. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR WINDOW TINTING JOBS. ITS A PISS POUR PLACE TO HAVE YOUR VEHICLE WINDOWS DONE. I've been trying to be patient with them and not writing this review but with no contact back from them here is the truth about them.
