The tire manufacturer stopped making that particular tire in the mean time so I ha e to replace all 4. The parent company for them that bought out their online entities have been nothing but rude and refuse to help. Do not work with this company in person or online is my advice.

Extremely Disappointed - False Advertising and Terrible Customer Service…read more I ordered from Extreme Customs and was completely let down at every step. They advertise a military discount, but that's simply not true. I logged in through my verified veteran account, and the pricing was exactly the same as when I wasn't logged in--no discount whatsoever. On top of that, they claim to provide lug nuts with their wheels, but when my order arrived, there were none included. My vehicle was already torn apart, so I had to run to O'Reilly's and buy a set just to finish the job. When I called to address these issues, I received some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. The representative was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, he told me he was the "highest up" and refused to transfer me--then hung up on me. This entire experience was beyond frustrating. Between the false advertising, missing parts, and lack of professionalism, I will never purchase from Extreme Customs again and will make sure to warn others who are considering them. There are plenty of other companies that actually stand by their word and value their customers--this one clearly doesn't.

I don't live in Wisconsin, but I came to this Discount Tire for an emergency situation after my…read moresteering wheel suddenly began shaking. I had a 5+ hour drive home that same day and specifically requested that the wheels be balanced and the one bad tire be replaced. Initially, they declined to do what I requested. After speaking with my dad over the phone, they agreed to replace a tire. However, once I got home and we removed all four wheels, we discovered that the tire they replaced was not the tire that actually had the issue. They had also added a significant amount of wheel weights to the problematic wheel without explaining this to me. All four of my Michelin tires had been balanced within the past year and previously only had a small amount of weight on each wheel, so seeing that many weights added to a single wheel was concerning and appeared to indicate an issue with that tire. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication. The staff appeared to focus on some existing cosmetic damage to one of the rims and suggested that may have been the cause of the vibration. They also informed me that the problem would not be fully resolved, which left me wondering why the actual source of the vibration was not addressed. The steering wheel shake disappeared for roughly 350 miles after I left, then returned. I understand they were likely trying to help me get home safely, but I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed and that the root cause of the problem was never properly addressed. For an emergency situation where I was relying on their expertise, the communication and diagnosis were disappointing. I do want to add that the staff were very friendly, professional, and quick to help. Given that I was dealing with an unexpected issue while traveling, I appreciated that they got my vehicle into the shop right away and worked to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. My disappointment is not with how I was treated personally, but with the communication and the fact that the underlying issue was not properly identified or resolved.

I wish I could leave 0 or negative stars on this review. This is the sh*ttiest company I've ever…read moreseen in 40 years. My boyfriend purchased rims from a clearly inexperienced and/or incompetent "salesperson" called Dylan. This company promises to "guide" you through the purchasing process, yet then when they tell you that the rims you are interested in will definitely fit your car. Well, lol and behold, we get the rims and they are too wide for our car and are scraping and cracking every little bump we go over. As is typical from a scummy company, they're claiming they're not responsible for their employee Dylan "guiding" us in the wrong direction. They denied a return request for a refund twice and then ONLY agreed to one after my boyfriend left them a scathing review. Then their rep Geena, who was initially nice, turned into a huge C word because she didn't like that we defended ourselves. She also basically said we'd then only get a refund if we sent her pictures, which we immediately did. Now, of course, she was lying and still won't refund. She's trying to blame our tires. Then had the gall to ask my boyfriend to take down his negative review!! Funny how we had rims from TireRack on those same tires previously and had ZERO problems. Sh*tty "guides", sh*tty employees, sh*tty customer service, sh*tty company all around. I'm sure they are going to respond to this review with lies but anyone who would like to see the evidence we have, please email me at Kmk12086@hotmail.com and I will provide it. Seriously, just go to TireRack where they have competent employees, better reviews and customer service. Just look at Fitments reviews on Yelp, 1.9 out of 5 average

He assured me that they would fit on my good ol 235/40/18 with no rubbing because I'm running stock suspension. well, the rims came in so I went to my local shop who has been in business for at least 30 years and my tires are rubbing against my rear quarter panels which chipped the paint right off. I sent an email and the "Lead" got back to me with a huge slap in the face by offering me 100 dollars to my debit card or 150 dollars store credit. lol on nearly 1000 dollar rims plus labor and now it's tearing up my quarter panels? lol. NO..100 dollars is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I recorded audio and I also have text/email documents. fitment industries doesn't care about their customers. they just want to get paid. please take my advice and steer clear. I am going to fight this case and get a new set of rims elsewhere if I win. Ps....I am on disability. I saved a little bit of money each month and my parents helped me out a little bit. Do you understand how hard it is for me to save money for something that I needed and still need because of your mistake? Ummm...NO!!!! You are heartless. UPDATE Fitment industries replied to my review stating "the tires themselves were not making contact" which makes no sense because they are in fact making contact with my quarter panels which is causing more damage. I was told by a salesman named Dylan that it would fit with my previous tires without issues. They also stated that they will be reaching out to me directly to further review the situation and work towards the best possible solution but the company has a bad reputation for not working with customers and will not admit that they're wrong. This is something I can't let go and I have a lot of people who will vouch for me. Papers are going to be filed today. I didn't want to go through court but the company left me no choice and I have all of the paper documents and phone calls recorded. Thanks a lot for misguiding me Dylan Another Update I was told by geena or gina that I would be receiving a refund and they would send me boxes to ship the rims back as soon as I buy rims from fitment industries or another company. I was clear when I said that I wasn't going to be purchasing from fitment industries ever again. Gina or Geena then blamed it on my tires. Lol I'm running 235/40/18 with stock suspension and my quarter panels are getting destroyed. The salesman (Dylan) assured me that the tires would fit with no issues and even tried selling me 235/40/18 but I told him my tires are new and all I needed were the rims. He said 35 offset would be fine. My old setup had 45 offset. Geena or Gina called me today and told me that I'm not getting a refund because of my tire size. I can't believe Steve Hamilton is partial owner of this sh**ty company. I have all of the recordings and texts. You will lose in small claims. I can't believe I didn't see all of the horrible reviews until now. Another note I was asked by geena to take the reviews down but I told her not until they issue me a refund. Can we say bribery? See you in court
