Their technician has been here 3 times and my washing machine is now having issues it never had before. Previously it was a balance issue - then the tech didn't hook it back up right (his own words) and told me the 2nd time he came that it was fixed. It was not. They came back today and told me it was fixed - still has unbalance issue (original problem) and it's leaking. When I texted them about the problem, the manager called me and berated me for sending a text with exclamation points!! Never, ever, ever, use this company. I am in Oriental, NC - no clue why this says Dawsonville, GA LOL!

The tech says it takes about a week to get the part. A week later, I get a call explaining the price, and they say they will order the part!!!! What morons! I have already been without a washer for two weeks at this point. I told them not to order anything and never contact me again. Choose ANY other service and you are far better off. This company is the absolute WORST!
