Her assistant Robert no longer works there, so Dr. Bhatia did all the testing herself, with my mom. She is so patient, kind, knowledgeable, and quick! The last time my mom had these test done it took almost double the time. Dr. Bhatia got my mom through all her tests with ease all while congratulating her on her improvements with her lungs and breathing. I have been dealing with my mom's breathing problems for many years. Every doctor we have went to gives my mom an inhaler and tells her that it's only gonna get worse with age. Dr. Bhatia has never said that once. She is encouraging, answers every single question we have, tells my mom she's proud of the improvements she's made and does it all with a smile. This appointment the entire office ran so, so smoothly and in less than half the time it took with my mom's last appointment with Dr. Bhatia assistant. I'm sure it's more work for Dr. Bhatia to do everything herself, but honestly, we were so happy with having her complete everything from start to finish. Please, if you are wondering if this is a good place to go for yourself or a family member, DO NOT HESITATE! You will not be disappointed! It is so incredibly hard to find a decent doctor let alone a wonderful doctor. Dr. Bhatia is beyond wonderful! Thank you Dr. Bhatia for all you do for my mom! My mom will FOREVER be your patient! See you in 6 months :)

It's usually that the staff can't get along with each other, it's not the doctors fault. Dr. Bhatia is an excellent doctor she is compassionate and really cares about her patients. You can see she has so many 5 star reviews which should tell you she is an excellent doctor. There are very few doctors in the Las Vegas area that have that many 5 star Reviews. So as long as the doctor is still there that's all that should matter.

Years, the last one was in Orange county, California. I was actually excited to see how I had progressed in the last 15 years, and get a new CPAP machine. The place was super easy to find, located in the back of a medical complex, the sleep center of Nevada had plenty of parking, and was very easy to locate. I arrived at 9 :20, filled out my paperwork and got ready for the night. The staff there was excellent, very friendly, ready to answer questions and concerns, and made the experience very enjoyable. The room itself was fairly scarce, it had a dresser, nightstand, TV, and was outfitted with cameras. Get you completely wired up with all the sensors you need, it's time to go to bed. Now I get it. Sleeping somewhere else is never as comfortable as your own home, however, I will say that the mattress is there. We're very cushy and it was a overall comfortable experience. Would I rate this as a five-star hotel? No. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed in? No absolutely not. This was completely acceptable, clean and functional. Bottom line? If you're looking for a great place to get a sleep study done, I cannot recommend this more.

I'm honestly surprised by the bad reviews. I had a follow-up today with Judith Yu. I was literally…read morethe only one in the lobby so my appointment started right on time. Judith is incredible and truly listens. She switched me to Qulipta last year and I haven't had a full-on migraine since then. The few headaches I've experienced have been mild or moderate. Best of all, I haven't had any side effects. I had a check-in today just to renew my prescriptions and to make sure everything was still going well. Judith did a great job anticipating issues. She remembered that my insurance required a prior authorization for Qulipta last time (and for me to fail multiple other drugs) so she took a moment to document everything we tried that didn't work, just in case. Thankfully, my insurance approved the drug, but I really appreciated her taking the extra time. By the time I scheduled my follow-up appointment and got out to my car, the pharmacy was already working on my meds. In the year I've spent under Judith's care, I've never had an issue getting in touch of her. Her MA does a great job returning calls and setting expectations if Judith is with another patient. She even caught that I'd forgotten to do my labs before my last appointment and called me the day before to reschedule so I wouldn't waste a trip. My medications have been sent to the correct pharmacy while I'm still in the exam room so I've never been stranded without my medications. I previously saw another neurologist who, despite hearing how severe my symptoms had become, focused on ordering a number of in-house tests rather than addressing whether my medication was still working. Judith listened, changed my medication at my first visit, and a year later it's still working incredibly well. I will also say that I just accompanied my grandmother to an appointment with Santos Yu for steroid injections in her neck last month. While we had a negative experience with him a few years ago, he was excellent. He was so gentle and reassuring, talking my grandmother through the injections when she was uncomfortable. She felt improvement within an hour and is feeling great. I really love the care we're receiving at NCN!

If you value your health, think twice before choosing this neurologist…read more After more than a year under his care, I suffered six seizures, including one where I stopped breathing. Despite my condition continuing to worsen, I repeatedly asked for additional testing, including blood work and further evaluation, but was told blood work is "not typically done in neurology." No extensive testing was ever performed, and I felt my concerns were consistently dismissed. I also felt that appointments focused more on teaching medical students than on providing me with the care and attention I desperately needed. Seeing pharmaceutical representatives frequently coming into the office also left me questioning where the priorities were. I walked away feeling ignored, unheard, and frightened that my worsening condition was not being taken seriously. My experience left me with little confidence in the level of care I received, and I would not trust this physician with my neurological care. Patients deserve to be listened to, thoroughly evaluated, and treated with urgency when experiencing repeated seizures. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

So I had a seat as the sign said. Another guy, younger and in better shape came in, sat right down for a second. The old lady came right to the window, looked at me then looked right at him and told him to step up to the window and she would help him. She was fawning all over him. She took him to his room right away all nice and such. She came back at me with a disgusted look (mind you we haven't spoken yet) and just said "ID and insurance". She was just borderline rude the entire time. She took me to a room I specially requested not to have when I made my appointment. My Sleep Doctor specifically stated I needed a room with the night stand on the opposite side of where this room had it because of my sleep habits. I told them this when I made the appointment. When I shared this with the old lady, just just stormed out and proceeded loudly to talk bad about me to my tech. She is just so rude. This is my third sleep study here. My second one was a failure for two reasons according to my doctor: 1) the position of my sleep due to the cables etc being on a side I couldn't roll to when I was sleeping and therefore on my back all night long. 2) they rushed through the titration and didn't obtain a good one. She said they should have taken a lot more time. So here I am again, ready for another failure. My last report took months for them to get it to my primary. I hope they don't take that long this time. Cannot recommend.

Unprofessional from start to finish!…read more I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled sleep study. Someone in the front office told me to sit down and wait, that they would be with me shortly. Another patient came in about 5 minutes after me and sat down close by. Someone that worked there came over and just said in our general direction for our insurance card and IDs. The man took the other patients info first, and then I waited another five minutes and then they called me. They didn't collect my co-pay at this time. I was brought back by an assistant of some sort because the person that was looking after me for the sleep study was busy with another patient. She told me to sit down in the chair and fill out this paperwork, so I did. It took probably 10 minutes for the other lady to come in. She came in, told me to change and meet her back in my "Suite". I went into the bathroom, changed, came back and I had plugged in my phone to one of the outlets and sat at the end of the bed. The lady came back in and told me that "I couldn't do that!" She said it with an annoyed tone expecting me to know that it wasn't allowed to be plugged in there, but she didn't give me any other options. I also sat down at the end of the bed instead of in a chair because I've never done this before and just sat down and she almost yelled at me for sitting on the bed. She said "oh we have a long ways ahead of us, sweetie before you can sit down on the bed." She had me move down to a chair at the end of the bed. And she said it would be a long time before I can lay down again. She then measured my neck and started wiring me up. She asked if I sleep with my hair down and I said yes. But she then explained that I should wear it up, so I asked for a hair tie or rubber band and she said they don't have any of those. The lady used a whole Dixie cup of this sticky Vaseline solution (too much) in my hair to attach the wires. She got it all over even underneath where there were no wires at all. She pushed hard and told me firmly it look straight ahead and make sure my head is straight and not to move at all while she was working. I think she may have realized that she was being rude and then proceeded to ask me if I "was ok" multiple times. She then complained about my hair being down the whole 45 mins she was wiring me up, except the 5 mins she complained about my pants being too tight. And she also brings this up again as I'm laying down. "These wires will probably come undone because of where I had to put the censors because of your pants legs being too tight and you'll definitely need to be rewired when you touch your hair throughout the night. I finally laid down and got calibrated. But I was so afraid to say I was cold because she talked to me like a child for the whole hour I was getting ready for the study. I was freezing all night and slept for about 4 hours ( I normally sleep 8) like I had mentioned before I had to pay my co pay in the morning because they didn't collect it the night before and the lady that watched after me complained about the co workers for not doing their job in front of me. So I guess what I hope for the future is that they give more information prior about proper sleep wear and info about dos and don't before your sleep study so you don't get nagged by the person "taking care of you".

Myself, and other patients, are treated more of an inconvenience, than patients. My first appointment was with a nurse practitioner that lasted less than 10 minutes. The caller stated that ".....to prevent my 'DEATH' or prevent my hospitalization, it is "Strongly" recommended that I enroll in their "On-Line", self help, breathing program. When asked how they could recommend this, or any program, WITHOUT any tests being run, I was told that the doctor sent the order. I told them I would wait until all tests are completed, and consult with my primary for a second opinion. I still receive a phone call every two weeks concerning the program. This is an updated report - this is in addition to my previous review as to why I WILL NOT recommend this business. I have made three (3) office visits and completed numerous tests. I just received a phone call stating that my primary sent in a request -( this request was sent in months ago ). They would like to schedule an "initial" office visit. I informed them that I am a current patient - their reply ..... "oh.." This is a business that cannot bother to check their files to see if I am/was a patient. Very poor business practice - very poor patient care. I have terminated doing business with them, and will never return - nor recommend.
