We called NV Drivers Ed with to see about getting a lesson from someone outside of our family. They were able to fit us in on short notice and Brian took our son himself for the lesson. He was amazing! He took him to the area where he was testing the next week and explained things the instructors look for and pointed out a few tricky areas, including construction zones, school zone, a street where the speed limit changes, and a few other things. In addition, we noticed our son drove differently after that one lesson!!! He was more observant of right-of-way, tricky 4-way stops, and some extra things that we didn't even know about!!! Russ is bold, a New-Yorker, and helps you find what you're made of. His voice carries, but his compassion for his students carries much louder. You quickly learn the first day that he is one that cares and truly wants you to succeed. And the class was fun! On to the driving range was "Not much of a talker - Walker"! Mr. Walker speaks in a low tone but tells you everything you need to know. He is patient and will advocate for getting you additional help if needed. I'm sure I added a few gray hairs to his crown, but he never gave up on me. Thanks so much Mr. Walker! Then there was the other driver trainer, "Mellow Matt"! Matt filled in my last week for Mr. Walker during his medical leave. Matt has tons of patience, is always positive, uplifting, and helped me get to the finish line. I didn't have much interaction with the driving range manager, Kyle, but he would also come out to give us some good tips and was also passionate about making sure we all succeeded. They ALL are ALWAYS looking for different ways to help you succeed which makes me teary-eyed. He came home and was sick bad I was considering signing up for the next class, but I cannot justify standing outside for hours doing pre-trip training in extreme heat with only a few breaks. If a student suffers heat exhaustion or heat stroke, then what? The school should consider adjusting the schedule, doing half days, or finding safer ways to train during dangerous heat conditions. Having students outside all day in this weather is unacceptable Again, I've heard the school itself is decent, but student safety needs to come first. These students are paying around $6,500 for training, and they deserve to be taken care of otherwise that's negligence PLEASE Consider the health & safety of every student, especially those who may not handle extreme heat well.

After them, I can drive but not well. And last thing, my instructor always interfered with my steering wheel. I totally appreciate it starting off because I sucked but by the last few lessons, I felt like I got the hang of it and just needed practice but I didn't learn when he was always taking over the wheel. Overall my experience was good and I do recommend them for any type of driver including first time drivers. But if you're a first time driver, don't expect to be great by the end of it. We adopted my niece when she was 18 months old, and she attended this daycare until she was about 2 1/2 years old. We also enrolled our infant daughter here when she was around 3 months old. Ultimately, we decided to stop bringing our children because our daughter was constantly sick. The breaking point came when she became so ill that she had to be hospitalized. One of the biggest concerns I had with this daycare is that children of different ages are kept together throughout the day. In my experience, this creates an environment where illnesses spread easily. Since switching to another daycare, our children are no longer getting sick nearly as often. I also found the enrollment process confusing. We were handed a packet and asked to sign paperwork without much explanation, leaving me unsure about policies and expectations. In contrast, our current daycare thoroughly explains everything before enrollment, so parents know exactly what they are agreeing to. Another concern was infant safety. Babies were often placed on the floor while older children ran and played nearby. This creates a risk of injury and is something that made me uncomfortable as a parent. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of care and organization we experienced. As parents, we want our children to be in an environment where they are safe, healthy, and receiving attentive care. I am grateful we found a daycare that better meets those expectations. This was our experience, and based on that experience, I would not recommend this daycare. I however highly recommend The Learning Experience.

A truly great learning experience over my 12-hour course. My instructor Jeff was very professional, explaining every concept of driving in a clear, easy-to-understand manner. Jeff taught me not only the skills required to pass the exam but also those that are genuinely useful in real-life driving scenarios. On top of all, Jeff was calm, patient and friendly throughout the whole process - everything you could possibly wish for in an instructor. As a first-time driver with no prior experience, I had tons of fun and learned a lot under Jeff's instruction. We chose the 2 week driving course with online drivers ed for our daughter. My husband and I were unable to teach her properly. Jeff our instructor had our daughter driving on all the freeways, downtown, out to Boulder city and night driving also. Her confidence has soared and she taught us a few things also. She passed her driving test in Henderson last week. Jeff practiced parallel parking at the barrels with her before her test and she had no problem with that. Jeff is calm, professional and flexible with our daughter's busy school and athletic schedule. Our son will be getting his permit soon and we'll be calling Nevada Drive Academy again soon. read more

My experience with this driving school could not have been any better. My instructor Jeff was extremely patient with me. I had been in a car accident therefor I never drove after and was afraid too. Jeff taught me how to be calm and never loose focus while driving. He taught me all the rules and showed me tricks to remember them. He was also very patient with me when I would make mistakes. Jeff has been driving instructor for three of our children. Each one of them is different in their driving ability and motivation and yet just did a phenomenal job each time. This is by far the best driving school in Las Vegas. My teenager daughter was very nervous to drive for the first time and Jeff made her feel very comfortable from the beginning. Honestly this school was amazing, they helped me learn the basics of driving. My instructor Jeff was kind and very patient in helping me learn. I improved my driving perfectly with this school's help. I took my driving test today and passed on the 1st time. They work around your schedule and you get 2 hours worth of your time in each lesson. Thank you! My anxious daughter just wasn't able to get comfortable driving. I thought it would take weeks for her to learn but it only took a couple of sessions. Jeff has a very calming and reassuring way of teaching. He has the best tips and tricks that even helped me and I've been driving 35 years! My husband enrolled me to this school and just after the first lesson he saw the improvement in my driving. I have a 5 month old baby and it's only me an my husband on the baby so I like that they can pick you up and drop you back every lesson. The ladies at the front desk were just the friendliest people you could ever meet. They were able to answer all my questions and also my wife's questions with straight answers and gave me some great opinions on how I could get started. Within a few days, I was in a classroom with Mark training and preparing myself for the CDL permit test. Mark is a great teacher, he was funny and very detailed oriented. He had a way of making sure class didn't get too boring. Thanks to Mark, I was able to pass my permit test on my first try only missing one question. After I obtained my permit, it was time to start hands-on training out in the yard. This is where I got nervous because I don't always get along with other people. Especially people with chips on their shoulder. Once I got out there I realized it was all in my head. Because the students and staff out in the yard were justice friendly as the staff in the office and it made it very easy to want to come back every day. To me, it felt like being a kid again just hanging out with my friends at the playground. Of all the students I became friends with there are 3 that really stand out to me... Andrew, Lionel & Onay I appreciate you guys' and your friendship. I wish you guys the best of luck, happiness and a safe journey in life. The instructors out in the yard were absolutely fantastic. The 3 instructors that I worked with the most where Mona, Tony and Markell. They always showed up to the yard with great attitudes. They never let their personal lives interfere or affect how they were teaching the students. Tony was really good about letting me drive around at my own pace, learning how to shift in and out of the gears properly. Markell was fantastic at keeping me motivated and teaching me a lot about the different size trailers and how each one maneuvers differently. He was also able to help me out with my exterior pre-trip inspection. He taught me a few things I didn't know and helped me get ready for the big test day. Mona is an absolute rock star!! She really went above and beyond helping me every step of the way, and any time I ask for a little more assistance with anything she made sure I got it. She taught me everything I needed to know about my in cab pre-trip inspection and my offset parking. She really went above and beyond helping me get ready for my road test. My driving was rough, but it wasn't bad. Mona took me out and made sure I was ready for those tight right turns and curvy roads. Mona, I can't thank you enough. You didn't have to invest your time in me But you did it anyway, and I appreciate you and everything you did for me. Mona, Tony, Markell, Andrew, Lionel and Onay.... My daughter texted me and said her instructor had to leave her at the DMV and needed to use another vehicle because of a scheduling issue one hour before the driving test ONE HOUR I called the company and talked with Nigel who immediately started making excuses for the error saying they needed more money for her to continue--total BS. How the heck are you going to tell a young driver one hour before their test that she couldn't use the vehicle? Her instructor Tina had said to my daughter that she was going to call her a week prior and let her know but didn't do it. my wife and let my daughter know we would be there and she could use our truck. We pulled up to the DMV and found a sweet spot for her to start the test and her driving instructor came up to us and said she failed the test. What and the ...? She didn't even make it out of the parking spot. I said to my daughter we got this don't take it personally we use our vehicle to take the next test. Think about this before using this company it could happen to you. The company called and said they would let my daughter use their car for her next test at no charge. We declined and just wanted the money refunded. NO CALL BACK! As a parent, I would keep your kids away from here in my opinion.

For a new driver I think this is very misleading Next my son rescheduled an appointment got a confirmation text from the driver "confirming a 3:00 pm time" and the appointment day came the next day and they showed up at noon. When we sent in the screen shot they STILL want to charge us the $50 Reschedule fee since the text was "a mistake" Edit: I have previously spoken to the online assistance personal & they informed the owner, I was told they would waive the fee in 24hrs but they never did when I followed up again they told me I would need to speak to the owner since after review "although the text was a mistake but the time was correct" again, I'm busy and if a text straight from the business confirms a time (which we provided) that should be honored my 17 year old was going off the last communication provided by the business They can keep the $50 we will be going elsewhere.
