In a word - AWESOME! If you need a gate, talk to Walter. He and his staff were 100% professional and caring. After installation, my wife and I asked to have a a couple revisions made. We wanted a second cane bolt for added security so our dog wouldn't get out; done. We wanted a padlock option for when we went on vacation; done - AT NO EXTRA COST! We had some leftover paint that matched the house and Walter went and got some more of the same custom color and the installation crew brought the gate to us already painted. This company pays attention to detail and customer service is top priority. They didn't ask for the balance of payment until we were completely satisfied. I needed a lock for my iron gate and a latch to be welded to the door. I sent them an email and got a call from Walter to schedule a time for an estimate, and next day they sent someone to do the estimate and scheduled to do the job two days later. They sent two guys to do the job and finished in 2 hrs and did a great job. In contrast to the great service here, I contacted Nevada Iron works who answered my call with "put it in an email", and then replied back a day later telling me to contact a locksmith for my problem (which i initially did and they told me to contact a iron works company!). I needed a gate to the backyard for my rental house in Las Vegas. I called Nevada Iron Works. Walter brought his guy over that same afternoon. They did some measurements, gave me a quote, and told me they could get the work done as soon as they cut the mesh needed to repair my gate. Sure enough, they completed the work exactly when they said they would. I couldn't have been happier with their professionalism. They completed my custom gate over the weekend and installed on a Monday. I deposited the final payment into their business account, my property manager sent pics. This company did great work. My son drove into my gate and bended it. I called them out for an estimate. They came out the next day and gave me great estimate, much cheaper than I thought.
