Still, we patiently waited around 15 minutes. We're not even upset about the wait -- it happens -- but when we got our order, the croissant wasn't even warm (which should be the minimum at any coffee shop). Even worse was the coffee: flavorless, barely warm, and closer to bland flavored water than anything resembling a proper brew. We came in with good expectations but left dissatisfied and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

I had walked up a few minutes earlier and there was no staff behind the counter. I should have walked away to get any type of drink from anywhere rather than return. The quality of the iced latte?
