The office is well staffed, and well stocked with supplements, etc. I have been back to the office multiple times to repurchase items, and have always found many other shoppers in the office as well. On the flip side, the recommended morning shakes are pretty vile. I have yet to find a way to mask the powdery taste. However, I have gone thru two canisters in different flavors because I do believe that the diet itself truly works. Additionally, I do not believe that the office is very helpful in filing insurance claims. These visits are not cheap and the office should understand that the more money I am reimbursed from my insurance carrier, the more likely I will be to return for further visits, testing, services. I would've given a 5 star rating if not for this point alone.

I had wanted to try out this location for awhile and finally stopped in to workout. This location is amazing and is immaculate. I wish they had a pool or at least a lap lane for me to train in, then I'd be here daily and it would be my main LT. This location is clean, sparkly, not heavily trafficked and very convenient to get to. There is a full cafe with food, beverages and merchandise. There are weight machines, treadmills, bikes, massage chairs, personal trainers, private studios, classes and two hot tubs. There is also a salon. I can't wait to come back here!
