I was really impressed with the class; the instructor was really focused on alignment, had moves I hadn't practiced before (and I have been to a LOT of barre classes), and brought a ton of positive energy. The instructors are so friendly and welcoming of all abilities. The front desk people are just as kind and attentive too. They have a small curated selection of fitness clothing, bottled drinks, and other wellness products for browsing before or after a class.
