Between the heat (90 degrees) and the consistent flow, the class is challenging, but amazing. Her reminders on how to engage different muscles and maintain alignment are very helpful. I will definitely be back and do my best to go to at least one of he classes a week. Overall, Yoga Love is a beautiful space and I have always left very happy with my experience.

I've taken more than my fair share of yoga classes with a variety of teaches, many of whom are stellar - however, Jen is by far the best. She starts off the class with just the perfect thing to say to you midweek - something inspiring yet relatable in her cool soothing voice. Every class I've taken with her is different and every class is great. She mixes it up enough to keep you on your toes but as a regular one can pick up on her style, whatever that is. Her music choice also flows with her class and you can honestly tell she really cares and is having fun while teaching. I can't ask for a better yoga class.

Previously, I had been seeing an acupuncturist at another facility and it was a not a good experience: the woman was nice enough, but she would quickly poke all the needles in, tell me to relax then slam the door on her way out. I would lie there as I heard people talking just outside the door, things slamming into the walls, loud pop music playing, etc. Not relaxing at all. So I sought out a new place and found The Heart to Hand Healing Center. I see Erikka for acupuncture and from the get-go she made me feel incredible comfortable. She spent time getting to know me and the issues that I was seeing her for, and customized my acupuncture experience. Before starting you fill out a form and I made the instructors aware of my ongoing health issues and recent surgery. They were so accommodating and made adjustments for me during the class so I could handle the moves. It didn't hold up the other students as well which was great. I appreciated being looked after. They have students sanitize their stations after class which is awesome for the next group coming in. The owner remembered me and checked in on how I had felt after my first class when I came in the second time.
