I guess I've gotten used to Dr Miller's 'bedside manner' but reading more recent reviews while waiting he sure enough didn't tell me he was dilating my eyes before he put the drops in. He didn't ask me if i had a ride home either. Really is a lawsuit waiting to happen. While i was waiting to be called back after I arrived I was checking out their glasses selection. All of their frames on display are high-end designer names: Kate Spade, Prada, Fendi, Oakley, Jimmy Choo, etc. I realize this practice is located in Moorestown but holy wow. Yeah, so, I opted to use my issuance money on contacts and asked for a written script so I can pick glasses elsewhere. For the handful of times a year I have to wear them I'm ok with a cheap pair haha The office takes my insurance, costs me $20 for copay and contact exam plus any extra $ on the contacts. My surgeon, Dr. Julian Procope, was amazing--his calming disposition immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely confident in his care. The doctor who examined me initially, as well as my follow-up physician, Dr. Stoltz, were equally wonderful. Dr. Stoltz took extra time to walk me through my options, especially helping me decide between corrective vision and monovision. What stood out most was that he allowed me to experience what my vision would be like ahead of time, so I could make a truly informed decision without pressure. That level of patience and education meant everything. The office manager, Mrs. Parker, was also fantastic--she patiently went over all my paperwork, answered every question thoroughly, and made the administrative side feel seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend LasikPlus, especially to anyone in their 50s who may feel unsure about whether LASIK is worth it at this stage of life. For me, it absolutely was. I met her the day of the procedure. She wasn't rude but she surely wasn't friendly. During the procedure, I felt some pressure and slight lifting in my right eye. I figured it must be apart of the process and didn't think anything of it. 3-4 months post op, my right eye was still blurry. I went back for a visit in which I was told it's just dry eyes and to apply drops. That didn't help. I went to my eye doctor who put me on steroid eye drops and nothing. Still blurry. I go back again to LasikPlus and they refer me to a dry eye specialist. The dry eye specialist, informed me my right eye is slight dry nothing exciting. He explained dry eye typically occurs in both eyes not just one. He recommended, I follow back up with LASIK plus because I would benefit from an enhancement. I contacted LasikPlus with this information and informed there is a process. If they feel like you qualify, you'll get the enhancement and if they don't well you're SOL. If I would've known the process with LasikPlus would be like this, I would have gone somewhere else.

I was a new patient and my mother has been a patient at this office for years. I called about two…read moreweeks before our appointments and scheduled both of us at the same time. I specifically made a new-patient appointment for myself and a returning-patient appointment for my mother. During that call, I provided my insurance information and said that my mother's insurance should already be on file. The person scheduling confirmed that it was. When we arrived for our appointments, we were told at check-in that the office has not accepted my mother's insurance for approximately three years. This was the first time either of us had been told that. Had we been informed when I scheduled the appointment, or even when the appointments were confirmed, there would have been no issue. Instead, my mother came to an appointment that the office apparently knew her insurance would not cover. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. The front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, and when my mother spoke with the office manager, the interaction was no better. The office manager also told her that the appointment had been made online. That is simply incorrect. I personally called the office and scheduled both appointments by phone, and I still have the call in my phone log. My mother also pointed out that the office's website still listed her insurance as accepted, which made the lack of communication even more frustrating. I did go forward with my own appointment, and I have no complaint about the eye doctor or the care I personally received. My issue is entirely with the scheduling, communication, and front-office handling of my mother's appointment. Insurance participation can change, and I understand that. But if an established patient's insurance is no longer accepted, that should be communicated when the appointment is scheduled, especially when insurance is specifically discussed during that phone call. My mother ultimately left without receiving the eye exam she had scheduled. A simple heads-up two weeks ago would have prevented the entire situation.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly and happy to take a look, even though this wasn't a normal appointment or purchase. Dr. Moon was great. The screws on my old metal frames were incredibly tight, but he knew exactly what to do. He loosened them up and carefully transferred my lenses into the new frames in just a few minutes. What I thought might turn into a hassle ended up being quick and easy, and I appreciated how patient and professional he was. The whole visit reminded me why it's worth going to a good local optician. Because of how helpful everyone was, I definitely plan to come back later this year for my annual eye exam and to get new frames and progressive lenses through them. It's nice to find a place that treats people well and pays attention to the details.
