All of a sudden, this guy comes up to me and hand signals that they are closing in 3 minutes. Waving three fingers in the air as if I was deaf? Really, it felt awkward and weird . Who does that?!? I left without buying anything. Customer service, regardless if it's a high end store or a local thrift shop is vital. Customers need to feel welcomed and comfortable while shopping!
