Now I love dropping in to reconnect when I'm back in town! They offer personal training and semi-private training/small group sessions, making it a great fit for both beginners starting their fitness journey and experienced athletes looking for accountability and support. The gym is always clean, the members are friendly and serious about their fitness goals, and the staff is consistently welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's such a positive environment to train in.

I started to go here last April after not having stepped in a gym in 20 years. The last gym I had…read morejoined (Gold's Gym) lied to me about the contract and kept me paying for almost 2 years. I was scared to join any gym after that. However, I really wanted to get back into shape so I started looking on Yelp. I saw A2F and all the good reviews so I decided to go and check it out. I talked to Arlene (one of the owners) and shared my story about the last gym I tried and how I was really scared to try a new one. Plus, I get migraines a lot. So I wasn't sure if I'd be able to go as often as I wanted to or for as long as I wanted to. She was very understanding and assured me that nothing like that would happen here. She even made a program to fit my migraines so that if I couldn't come as much one week that I could make it up the next. So I signed up. I needed a gym that told me exactly what to do because I had no idea what I was doing. And that's what they did. I joined the group classes which were available each hour. They would run through a circuit of exercises with anyone who was there and cater the weight as needed. They were also very concerned with doing each exercise properly so that no one would get hurt. So if my knee started to hurt I would say so and they would tell me how I needed to adjust it. Or if my neck was hurting they would have me work on other muscles so as not to make it worse. Honestly, this is the best gym I could have picked. The owners (Mark and Arlene) truly care about each person that comes in their door and want to do all they can to help. They also work with a lot of those over 40 and know that it's a lot different than working out when you're 20 which I appreciate. I was able to go until last November when my migraines were getting a lot worse. I couldn't do much of anything so I asked Arlene if I could pause my membership for a couple of months to try to get them under control. She said no problem and honored it. I started again this January after getting my migraines under better management. It was nice to be back again. The community there is amazing. Everyone is encouraging. I highly recommend A2F Gym for anyone who wants a superior experience. This isn't your franchise gym that costs $10 a month, but you get what you pay for. Thank you Arlene and Mark! You have restored my hope in gyms!

No one judges you here and everyone wants to see you reach your best potential. As far as trainers go, they have elite professionals working for the company. I would suggest doing your research, knowing your goals and fining a good match. My first trainer is Nick and he is really good at what he does. His workouts are unique, challenging and I very much love the full body circuit trainings he puts me through! He also will help you with your meal plan and supplement recommendations. I have a second trainer because it was important to me to train with a female who knows our physique. Viviana is the "glute queen" and she really has helped me grow my . She is thoughtful, meticulous and encouraging. I love the vibe here!

If as a trainer you commit to a 5am session and I show up and you don't there's a problem. He texted me 20min into the sessions he didn't show up for informing me he wasn't going to come. I asked for a refund and he agreed. It's been 2 months and he has decided to keep my money he did not deserve. The owner has done nothing to help the situation. Contract worker or not he has put a bad stain on your company. If you as an owner allow your employees to treat their clients horribly then you're to blame as well. Erick has kept $1900 of my money refuses to pay me back and decided to ghost me. If anyone needs a trainer and goes to self made DO NOT pick Erick Garcia.
