I would not recommend bringing your car here if you care about how you're treated or how your car comes out. The woman behind the front desk appears nice, but the owner, Ramon, is extremely rude. I was not happy with the way my car repair came out and they couldn't care less, and were very condescending about it. They're definitely the type of shop that just wants to cash the insurance check and doesn't care about their customers. They lied about fighting "hand over fist" with my insurance company for certain items...but when I called my insurance company to confirm they stated they have no record of the shop calling them to request anything. My battery tray was broken in my accident and it wasn't replaced (I am assuming that because it has a cover over it the shop thought I would never see it lol)...I could go on and on. They also had my husband drive 40 minutes out to the shop to fix something on the car. When my husband was there he asked Ramon what would have happened if he didn't make the 40 min drive out there and Ramon said that he would have had to fix the car himself...um, isn't that your JOB?!? Overall between how my car came out and how my husband and I were treated I would not recommend anyone to go here. I left wishing I wish I never took my car here... read more

Best place for repairs and amazing customer service. My mom and I have both had our cars repaired here after an accident and they do really good work, especially on newer German cars like Audi and Mercedes. All parts used were up to manufacturer standards which was a must for us! They have a lot of attention to detail and helped us work with the insurance company. They sent me email updates about my car and the car repair was completed in a timely manor. When I picked up the car it was detailed and washed! My car looked brand new like the day it was purchased. They were able to get me in right away, even with the holidays, and cared to make sure that I had another form of transportation set up before they started repairs on my car. After consulting with my insurance company, Ramon assured me that he would be able to work within the budget and they did a spectacular job. You'd never know that I had hit a deer! I was in a car accident recently that did some nasty damage to my 2012 Nissan Juke. The other driver's insurance company found a listing for New Age Collision since I had no preference re: a body shop. I'm pretty skeptical about anything related to auto services, so when Ramon promised my car would look great, yadda, yadda, I had no idea what the real result would be. Bottom line: My car looks flawless. After lots of repair, replacement, paint matching, etc., which took a few weeks, I got back a car that looked better than when I got it. Not only is it impossible to tell that my car was taken apart and put back together, but these guys returned my car much cleaner -- inside and out -- than it was when they got it. Recently had Ramon repair and repaint a some areas of our car that had been scuffed up a few years ago. I had been delaying the work as I was worried about matching the existing paint which was in excellent condition. I clean and detail both of our cars and after several weeks and several washes and really looking at the repair, I can tell you that Ramon's matching of both color and surface gloss is flawless. You will be hard pressed to find anyone with similar skill and attention to detail. Don't wait to repaint that part of the car like I did. New Age came recommended from a friend who recently had work done on his Cayenne. My friend is a car nut, like me, and I knew he wouldn't recommend just anyone. So I brought them my GTI to work on some dents that were relatively minor but in a very tricky spot. I really wanted to avoid any new paint if possible. Ramon made sure they completely removed the dents without any new paintwork. My car looks fantastic. They even fixed a touch-up job in another spot that was botched by yours truly.
