Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you. After I got it out of the parking garage and took a solid look I realized how awful it actually was. The deeper scratch was just sanded and painted over and the paint job was dull and it was clear that it was not done right. I went to a real body shop and the very nice guy at NE collision helped me out. Also commented on how truly awful Reed's work was. Tried to get my money back, even offered to leave money for his time, which was extremely generous of me, but he would only give it back if I let him 'redew' (redo) my car for a second time. I shouldn't even let the man or his son touch my car and there's no way I'd give him a second chance after the extremely sub sub par work that was done.
