Wow the nicest Tory Burch outlet I have been so far. I chose two handbag as my handbag that I brought to the vacation somehow ribbed. I like Tory Burch outlet as you can buy some cute handbags with great discount as they usually have a sale going on. I was able to get two bags both 40-50% off and without even asking the staff they brought out two new models from the back as I check out. Great customer service and so friendly! read more

First of all this business name here is misspelled but it is the Tory Burch Outlet store at the Sliver Sands Outlet Mall in Destin, Florida. My family was on vacation and spent the afternoon shopping, I stopped in to buy a new pair of sandals for a girls trip to Hawaii. There were 4 associates working and 3 customers in the store when I walked in. I was not greeted or welcomed. I was not told about and sales or any sizes that might not be in stock. However I heard two associates telling two other women this. As I browsed, I noticed quickly that other women came in after me and were greeted and helped. They talked about their other pieces etc. Apparently in order to be helped on this store you have to appear that you are dripping in money. I guess my money doesn't spend like the other women in the store. Just because I don't flaunt it or ooze wealth and privilege doesn't mean I deserve to be ignored either by 4 unwilling people. I tried to get one person to help me and she flat walked away from me. It's rare for me to get upset but I was humiliated by elitist and uppity sales associates from Tory Burch. As I walked, the only male working asked if I found everything I was looking for. "Yup I did but no one would help me." And I walked out as freely spent my money elsewhere. I told this story to another retailer who so kind a few stores down and she had been working there for TWO MONTHS. She said she has heard this so many times she can't count them. That is outrageous and disgusting. Be better. Having money or name brand things doesn't make you better, kind, or classy. read more

I love Tory Burch so I was very excited to see there was an outlet in Destin. I was in need of a new handbag and Tory Burch delivered. The staff was helpful and of very good assistance to us. They helped me pick out the perfect handbag. read more

I have to agree with the previous shopper below. I Don't Know if this is corporate store or it is a franchise outlet store. I Don't Know if TB does have franchise store or not but I do know that in my hometown, the outlet stores have sale associates compete for sales. I'm assuming for commissions? This store, they didn't even greet you. No one came to ask me anything. They were busy talking among themselves or too busy listening and gossiping about clients on their headphones. Totally walked around by myself. Asked if they got the purse that I wanted that was untouched and has not been open and on display and they didn't have it in stock. Do I recommend this store, no. Especially not with their snippety staffs that acted like they're too good to greet or help anyone or better yet, do their damn job. Won't return. I'll spend my hard earn money else where. I hope corporate do something about this. read more

Due to the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive of visiting this Tory Burch store, but my experience was 5 stars. Ask for Kent to help you. I was immediately greeted upon entry, alerted of multiple sale opportunities throughout the store, asked if I was looking for anything specific and to please let him know if I needed sizing or colors in anything. I asked questions looking for clothing, any items from the retail store vs outlet-specific ones, the different types of leathers used for the handbags, the source of their leathers/production of the bags, etc. From start to check out, Kent exceeded all expectations of a sales associate - just so thoughtful and refined with a service-oriented professionalism that I referred to him as the Duke of Kent. He even went out of his way to double check and personally search the back inventory for a new bag (I did not want a display or floor model) when one of his colleagues said there were no more. All this above and beyond service from an employee who is not commission-based. So Kent is just a genuine asset to this Tory Burch store. Ask for him to help, I'm sure he will take excellent care of you. read more
