My daughter and I tried this place today. Welcoming, quite pretty lobby area. My daughter had a…read morebasic facial ($120) that she said was exceptional. I had the 50 minute massage ($129). I thought the therapist had really good technique but the overwhelmingly loud music (something called tribal beat) made really relaxing very difficult, and that was without my hearing aids. People were all professional, friendly and very nice. I guess my issue was mostly a cost/value issue. I thought the prices were really high. Both of our treatments were holiday gifts. I think my daughter would go back but I just can't justify it. Guess it just comes down to what you are used to paying.

I went to the Brow Bar today and unfortunately my eyebrow technician was 15 minutes late to the…read moreappointment because another client had run late. While I would have appreciated a call letting me know in advance that the appointment would be later than expected, the employees were all very kind and Taylor did an amazing job with my eyebrows and my sister's. The wax she used was also gentle and painless, and she helped us sample Benefit skincare products as well. Also, she was so quick that we weren't even late for the obligation we had afterwards--despite the late start to the appointment. Will be going back!

The Benefit Brow Bar never lets me down when I need an eyebrow wax. I've been to this location at…read moreleast three times and the results have always been the same. In the past, I have just walked in and hoped there was an appointment slot open. I usually had to wait 10-15 minutes which is no big deal because you can browse around until they are ready for you. If you aren't wanting to wait, it's best to call ahead and get your name in. Today Mercedes took care of me. She was friendly and started out by asking some questions about my skin. She then proceeded to wax my eyebrows (which were totally out-of-control). The wax was a perfect temperature and it was one of the more painless waxes I have had. At the end of it, she asked if I wanted her to cover the redness with concealer and fill in brows. It looked really natural when she was done. There's nothing worse than feeling like one of those brows-on-fleek Instagram girls who have overdrawn, overstated eyebrows. Payment was easy. You take your ticket to the counter. They will ask you if you would like to add a non-cash tip and you are on your way. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks Mercedes and Benefit Brow Bar, I'll be back the next time I can't handle my eyebrows with just a tweezer.

Marlia is the GOAT! This is my third go round with keratin bonded Remy extensions and let me tell…read moreyou: she is worth every penny! Each time I have gotten extensions from her they last, at minimum, 8 months. She gives thorough instructions on how to best care for your hair afterwards and if you follow them, your investment will stay secured. She is the only person I will ever go to for extensions. She is extremely quick, as well. She knows what she is doing and does it with a smile. She's very easy going and truly cares about the clients she keeps. The vibe is immaculate in the salon due to a no children policy. (There was a horror story that prompted this not because they hate kids) I was told another reason for the no children policy is because women come to the salon to get away from their home life with screaming kids to enjoy a little reprieve that consists of self-care. They do not need to hear the screaming children during their getaway too. I fall asleep every time I get my hair done by Marlia and each time I wake I am floored by what I see in the mirror! She makes me feel like a million bucks for exponentially less than that in price I actually pay. I sincerely doubt you can find anyone faster, cheaper, sweeter, more knowledgeable, and for the quality that Marlia provides for keratin bonded extension installations. Seriously, she is bar none the BEST there is. Thanks, Marlia. I love what I see in the mirror again thanks to you xoxoxo
