I found them on here and decided to call because I had 2 bikes that needed servicing (or so I thought). However, service and initiative were not what I experienced here. So you text a phone number with your address and you wait... and wait.... and wait. Then you may (or may not) receive a reply which states that they are "very busy and will fit you in when they can". Ok. I thought, let's be patient. THREE WEEKS LATER, I text again only to be told, a "data error" caused them to lose all their contacts. Right. As if we've never heard that one before. I happened to drive by a sign on a lamppost. I called the number, he explained that they would come to me and bring everything needed for my 4 bikes to fix my different sized flat tires, loose chain, bent rim and attach the fender. He texted me a greeting and website. Very professional. So, I texted him my address and he was able to come in 30 minutes. Jay arrived wearing his company overalls and was super thorough and efficient. He had his company truck full of EVERYTHING needed and a generator for the pump. He set up a bike stand and a mat for his workspace. As he finished each bike, he test rode them and wiped them down. If you're on a long bike ride and you break down, or you need a ride back to the starting point because of equipment problems (or simply fatigue), Bike Shuttle is a number you should keep with you at all times. Jay is very helpful, economic, and all around good guy. He's also very flexible. They are based in Miami, but they provide service from West Palm Beach down to the Keys. We always bike at Miami's Critical Mass (last Friday of the month, every month). This month's ride was 20.6 miles and one of our friends could not make it.
