I live in Pompano Beach and love riding it, especially in the afternoon and evening -- the views along the Intracoastal are beautiful as the light changes. We stopped at several of the stops. A quick jump on jump off and just feet away from a bar or restaurant. We started at noon and used the service till around 7:00. Such a fun way to party on the water. They also sell water and beers on the boat. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a fee, however someone purchased my ticket so I'm not sure of the price. We did go in late June and it was very hot out but you had a nice breeze. I'm sure it's more enjoyable in the winter.

This escalated because of your customer service making things complicated. Interestingly, of course I have a computer. What I said was that I use a landline and do not the technical ability to photograph and send images. You have distorted this fact. I can take a regular camera and mail through the Post Office pictures to people, have never been able to send photos through a computer. If using one of the public parking garages, I think the rates are $10/hr or $50/day. We decided to go with Sun & Fun Cycles since both places seemed to be a toss up in terms of reviews. Also, The Bike Shack is closer to Hollywood Blvd, so our assumption was street parking would be more difficult to secure. We called before committing to a parking spot in order to confirm their location and the availability of the bike we wanted, and all of our questions were answered in a friendly and professional tone over the phone. The bike we chose for our party of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 10 and under) was the 4-wheel Surrey. We decided to rent it for (1) hour, which was $35. You can either pay with cash or Zelle (no fees) or do a credit card transaction with a fee. While renting the bike, you leave your ID at the bike shop. We ended up biking for about 45 minutes, riding north to Thomas St, then south to Georgia St, and finally north again to get back to Sun & Fun Cycles. During the ride, we tried having (2) adults and (1) kid on the bench and (1) kid on the bench-basket, and (2) adults on the bench with (2) kids on basket-bench. Each of these seating arrangements worked fine. However, both of the adults had very sore bottoms at the end from the uncomfortable bench seat.
