"One of the WORST realtor Mr. Ali Qureshi with New Cal Realty" I wish I could rate Mr. Ali Qureshi a 5 star and agree to most of the comments below..But I can't lie. I will be honest our beginning with Mr. Ali was on similar notes. He was knowledgeable and professional however he couldn't wear this mask for long. After almost 2 months of home search with Mr. Ali ( In which He was hardly available..and If he was..only At his own convenience) Mr. Ali comes with following lame and highly unprofessional behavior. He was Arrogant, Rude and most Inconsiderate realtor we ever came across. Mr. Ali claims to have an experience of 9 years however he has been receiving the reviews on his work Only for last 6 months. It seems like Mr. Ali was in his hibernation period since last 8 1/2 years. Let me pen down the incidents which explains the above: In the last property which Mr. Ali showed us in his so called extremely busy schedule, here's what Mr. Ali comes up with: Mr. Ali claims to be a realtor who deals Only in Million dollar homes and a deal like ours (pre-approved for a little more less than half a million) is of no value to him..Still he was doing us a huge favor by being our realtor. This not only shows Mr. Ali's arrogance towards his clients but also puts him under question of discriminating his clients on their financial status...( No wonder why we were always last on his priority list and we had to keep requesting him to show properties.) On me being polite with Mr. Ali and trying to explain him our timing preference to see the properties Mr. Ali comments where "I don't Care what time you work...I had appointments and I can't be available for you. You should be thankful that I came in the evening and showed you the property. (Note: All he said in a "Disrespective" tone & please note that Evening was Mr. Ali's convenience and NOT ours). Forget professionalism, I wish Mr. Ali had just shown a little more mannerism while talking to a woman. He showed a "Highly Disrespectful Behavior" towards me which I never expected. There where number of incidents which showed lack of professionalism from Mr. Ali's side out of which one was not giving us the right information about the interest rate on one of the loan category and then just simply saying "Oh I missed telling you that". Mr. Ali's this miss would have landed us into big trouble. For all home buyers, If you are pre-approved for a Big Fat chunk of money(Million dollar or so), I am sure Mr. Ali would go Head over Heels for you. We had Ali as our agent to buy our second home which we are renting out. Ali has been knowledgeable and guided us with such professionalism that we had a very smooth process overall.
