Upon seeing how small the job was he told me he would cut it for free. To my surprise he went into the shop for no more than 60 seconds. Came back out and again told me no charge. Most shops would have charged me for the small job (which is understandable) but Carlos just wanted to help. Siyad was on time with his product. We ordered metal stairs, new cellar door, refurbish a cellar…read moredoor and sidewalk. He had to come back a few times to fix issues like leaking. I wish he did a better job spotting issues that could have saved me some extra work after the fact. I also wished he coordinated with my General Contractor better. I put them in contact in the beginning of the project Siyad didn't seem to utilize the group chat.
