He then consulted with Frank and they worked with us on what I considered to be a a good deal for what we needed. In just a couple of days, Juan and Carlos came out to install the railing and they did an awesome job. They have a terrific, strong system and they paid attention to every detail. They are craftsman and the railings were in place in a couple of hours, cemented in nicely. Every one of the people we dealt with were very fair, attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Family Fence for both railings and fences. If you need either, go with these guys and you will be glad that you did. You go into the liquor store and let them know you are doing a propane refill. They have a separate register in the entrance they will ring you up with. They take credit card. Process was super quick. $25 for a 20lb refills. This is higher than what I used to pay in Michigan, but definitely a better value than exchanges. I wouldn't make a trip out here from Brooklyn just for this, but will definitely bring an empty tank with me if I'm heading out here.

I have Speedy Appliance once a year to vacuum my Sub-Zero Refrigerator where the vents are. I am…read morenot able to vacuum this area. I can remove the vented panel but I cannot put the panel back. The same gentleman comes every year to do this. I have never had a problem. This past November, ice was forming on a part of the refrigerator wall. The same gentleman came & he told me that the condenser had to be replaced. I would cost $1100. I was stunned. I told him my husband just passed away & asked if this was absolutely necessary. He told me that a new Sub-Zero would cost $10,000. I gave him the OK. After he left, I went to put out the garbage. Near the garbage cans was a large cardboard box. I looked in & the old condenser was in the box. After paying $1100 & being a regular customer, I think the least he could have done was to remove the box & the condenser. I will have him back in this September to clean the vent panel & when he goes outside, I will present him with a package.
