Great service and delicious food...large menu that accommodates everyone. Friendly service. Mei Fun and steamed dumplings are both amazing.

I forgot to take a picture of the Korean Mandi dumplings which were excellent... prices were good and they were offering a buy one sushi roll. Get one free so it's hard to pass up. Udon noodles were indeed very good with a rich broth and very good tempura, shrimp, and vegetables to accompany the dish. Service was quick and excellent would highly recommend.

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order and entered the restaurant without being greeted by any employee. I sat down, assuming that someone would eventually ask if I needed assistance. During that time, two separate groups entered the restaurant and were immediately greeted and acknowledged. Meanwhile, multiple employees looked directly at me and continued to ignore me. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I finally received the order, but only after the customer I was delivering for called the restaurant. When the food was handed to me, I politely mentioned to the employee that I had not been greeted when I arrived, despite other customers being acknowledged right away. Rather than addressing my concern, the employee refused to give me the order and called over the owner or manager. When he asked what the issue was, I explained that I simply wanted to bring attention to the fact that I had not been acknowledged when I entered the restaurant. He responded by saying that he knew I was a DoorDash driver and that the food was not ready. I asked how he could have known I was a DoorDash driver if no one had ever greeted or spoken to me. Instead of answering the question, he asked if I was going to take the food or not and told me I needed to leave because he was tired of dealing with me. He then began raising his voice, insisting that my wait was due to the food not being ready. I repeatedly explained that my concern was never the wait time. I understand that food preparation takes time. My issue was that no one acknowledged me when I arrived. Without speaking to me, the staff had no way of knowing whether I was a DoorDash driver, a customer dining in, or someone else needing assistance. Despite my attempts to clarify my concern, I was again told to leave because he did not want to deal with me. What should have been a simple conversation about customer service and acknowledgment became an unnecessarily hostile interaction. As a result, I will not be returning to this establishment and wanted to share my experience.

Serving up tasty cuisine that's much more authentic than those sketchy Chinese takeout places, their bao and dumpling game is strong! While it's impossible to find a menu online, and their website consists of an Instagram page, this is the way the younger generation gets their information. And it works. The pork belly bao is relatively comparable to what I've eaten in China, so props to the cooks at IB! Notice I'm not calling this dish "bao buns" like everyone else which is typical language in the states. That's actually redundant as bao in Chinese already implies a filled bun, literally translated as parcel or package. And there is no need to call it a "filled bun bun." Autocorrect is already on my case about that double wording! But I digress. Yes, if you're in Auburn, grab a tasty Asian snack here and you won't be disappointed.

As I walked in, it was just like I remembered it, minus the plastic thing separating you from the cashier. It is still a little quiet place with tables and chairs if you're wanting to dine-in. I was greeted by the young man who was serving the tables and was asked whether I wanted to dine in or out. He was really nice. I went with old faithful and decided upon the Mongolian beef and lo mien, while I got my friend honey chicken and shrimp fried rice. I've never purchased fried rice from here, so I wasn't aware that you had to buy the shrimp separately to go into the rice. Shocker. However I still purchased them. I was told 20mins. So I walked over to Kroger to grab a few things. After about 19mins I went back inside and my food wasn't ready, which was fine. So I sat inside until it was. About 35/40mins later my food had finally come out of the kitchen. I was excited because it smelled AMAZING!! When I got it to the house it was stiiiilllll hot. I grabbed an egg roll and it was the best balance between crunchy and soft and fullll of meat and veggies. My Mongolian beef on the other hand was dried out. It was as if it had been sitting for that 40mins rather than being cooked. I only ate a small portion of lo mein, as it was also not good. It did not have any flavor to it at all. Even after adding salt and soy sauce it wasn't up to par. My friend however gave his food a 5/10. Needless to say, things have changed over the years and I was highly disappointed.
