Terrible place ! So bad I couldn't finish eating. I ordered the House Special Lo Mein with egg drop soup. Lo mein was just ok but not seasoned well. Yellow rice tastes like it had been leftover from the day before. Strange taste with no pork in the "pork fried rice" I tried a few sips of soup but again no flavor. Very clumpy. No salt and pepper around. 3 tables to eat at for dine in-2 were dirty and the one I sat at was all cracked and not maintained. Needs to be thrown out. This place is really close to our house so it has that going for it. My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy so our options are limited when we order out. She got the boneless ribs and was very disappointed. They were dry and lacked flavor. She had to add hot sauce to give a flavor boost. My food was ok. Just ok. Bought 2 combination dinners last night, the general chicken was so hard to chew we gave it to our dogs. They must have fried it this morning and tossed in sauce. The chicken in garlic sauce was moist and decent. The fried rice was very dry must have cooked in the morning and sit all day. The egg rolls was the same, dark brown, stiff and hard. This was my go to place for quick ok food. This is now my, if you have nothing to do and want to waste your time waiting for your order this is the place to go. Why tell your customers who call ahead that their order will be ready in 10-15 minutes when in reality it takes close to 40 minutes. Visited today and was not the only person complaining about the wait time for the food, or the preparation. While waiting for our order myself and two other customers observed a female employee eating fried chicken used in sweet and sour with her fingers at the counter, adjust her hat and return to the food prep area without washing her hands. That's yummy. Observed another employee handle money, credit cards and then proceed to place fried noodles in bags without washing his hands. This was a great place in previous years do not know what is going on. Fortunately we live in an area that has numerous Chinese restaurant so we can get our Chinese food fix elsewhere. Gross!!! They gave someone else my food and call the person (after she already left and told her to come back. They were going to give me the order she left with until I told them that was unsanitary. Only giving them 2 star because they did remake it and I've never had a problem with them before but I'm upset..they did nothing to fix it and I had to wait double the time for my food :/ not a happy customer!! read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at any restaurant. I called out for delivery they told me their driver had gone home for the evening when I got there for my pick up that was a lie he was still there delivering they just didn't feel like having any more orders that hour so why not tell me that? They told me it would be 20 to 25 minutes I got there 25 minutes after placing the order and waited another 50 for them to make it why call ahead? They were also rude the young kid working the front desk had no time for me asking how long it would be being I'd already waited 30 minutes. When I requested a refund I would just go somewhere else they told me they had already started making it so I couldn't have a refund. Made a trip back to town recently and was pleased to see it is still around and the food's still good. Also, still a reasonably priced lunch menu with nicely sized portions. Very disappointing. The prices charged were higher than the menu that I picked up about a week ago, and there was no mention of a $2 delivery charge. The food tasted like the oil they used was old, and although they included a mountain of soy, mustard and duck sauce packets (for 2 egg rolls), they omitted the chili oil I'd requested. They got one star for the general tso's chicken. I'll give it to them... it was pretty good! But that's it! Kung pao chix was basically kung pao celery. Sucked. Tried this restaurant for the first time on April 7, 2017. What a waste of money. Ordered two meals, beef with broccoli and chicken egg fu young. Food smelled delicious so imagine our disappointment when we opened the Beef Broccoli and found the scrap meat on top. The meat was so tough my friend could barely cut it let alone chew it. Egg fu young patties looked and tasted pretty good, however, the sauce meant to be used on the dish was half a container full of standing grease and the supposed gravy was a curdled mess. We tried this place a couple of weeks ago for take out. We got crab rangoon, beef with broccoli, pork lo mein, and General Tso's chicken, all of it with egg rolls. The food all tasted great. The crab rangoon was freshly prepared, crisp, and hot. Same for the egg rolls. The main courses were well seasoned, good tasting, and hot. We will definitely be back here. Portions are large enough to share. We couldn't eat all of ours so we put it in the refrigerator for the next day. read more
