There's not professional when it comes with acrylic on toes expect these two ladies . I waited for 20 minutes and was the first person there and later on I decided to get gel only. It's ridiculous when it gets like this I recommend to get people who are professional and wouldn't wait on someone to do nails and having to get ur toes done without liking them. I normally come here just for the pedicures since they do a good job & I am always pleased with their work. I never do my manicures since I am really picky. But today I decided to give them a try & I was looking forward to getting them done how I wanted them and they turned out horrible. First of all the lady who did them was really rude. When she would be done with one hand she would just shove my hand and grab my other one instead of letting me know or asking me to switch. I had both my hands on her table when she just shoved the LED box to dry the nails into my hands without warning me. Then she grabs my phone and puts it on the other side and tells me to show her the picture of the nails I wanted. (Don't grab peoples phones like you own them ). She did them like how she felt like it and I don't appreciate it. I could of told her I didn't like them and to take them off but I normally don't say anything because I never experienced that before but now I should of since I spent my money on them and didn't end up liking them ! AFTERMATH - I got a bacterial infection and a nail fungus infection after coming here for the first time. I had to take medication for both. The visit itself was not good and to find out I got an infection. The bacterial went away with a 7 day medication and for the fungus I had to take 1 pill a day for 30 days but had to stop after 7 days because it was effecting my vision which is a rare side effect. Now using a topical. I would not recommend coming here ! VISIT - The ladies who did my mani and pedi were nice but one of my nails was messed up and the manager got so mad when I asked for it to be fixed. She yanked off my sandals and messed up my other foot that was perfectly fine. Sina is her name. She is RUDE and I never felt so uncomfortable in a nail salon. It was my first time and I won't be back. And she was so rude to the lady who did my pedi. I tipped all 3 $5 because I didn't want her take from Nancy who did my pedi and when I tipped her & she didn't even look at at me but stuck her hand out. I would never go back. I had showed him various inspiration photos of what I wanted and got the complete opposite. I wanted French Tip Almond nails but as I said I didn't get them. Worst pedi experience in my entire life of pedicures. I came back because the lady that did my pedi did a great job. She was busy so i took on anyone. I told her to not cut or file my toes. I had already done that at home. I just need her to clean my cuticles ...She said OK. Im like great she's going to listen to me. Well she did listen except she started using a tool with pointy ends and we all know that tool was for people with ingrown nails. Lady I did not complain about an ingrown...you know why ...because i dont have none. She pressed and digged so far into my nail bed that I saw stars i kept saying ooowww and pulled my feet back. I started sweating from holding my breath because she was literally causing me pain. I was appalled at how she didn't give a single f**k that i resisted. Like she thinks she found something. So then she pinches my big toes ....like trying to insinuate that she gave me relief and she looked up at me like seee there was something ...now you feel better. I was pissed. So she did it again. It hurt i was in absolute pain. I cant press my entire feet down or it will hurt. Its been a day and they are now throbbing. I didnt get her name but I can describe her. Light skin & pale skin ...egg head shape & no boobs no makeup did my pedi. I have a feeling she disrupted my nails and that I will have ingrown nails because of this. She overdid it and I cant walk. When she put on my sandals she messed up the pedi. The she repainted it and it got on my skin. Didnt clean it up. And the polishing was all bad. Polish goes on nails not skin. I called to see if Sina was available because the pics proved she's amazing with full sets. They said I could come in 10 mins. And when I got there, I had to wait a few minutes but Sina came to the rescue in no time. I've been wanting to get the holographic nails but been afraid. Great nail salon! I would drive by it to go to another nail salon by the area and since my usual nail place is closed on Sundays I decided to give this place a try and I'm so glad I did! The ladies are very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciate . I got my eyebrows wax and a full set done there and they turned out so good! They listened to exactly what you want and constantly ask you if you like it . I always have a hard time finding someone that can do my full set good since I like them short and not bulky at all, and I found the place that does them the way I like them! I found this place because I was looking for a new nail salon. My previous place: Pinkies Nail salon left my nails on my hands and feet infected and in pain for months. I haven't had my nails done in almost a year and New Color Nails & Spa was the first place I have had my nails done since that bad experience. Wendy was AMAZING. She paid so much attention to detail and made sure to use disposable tools for cleanliness. I also like that there is plexiglass between myself and the nail artist as a COVID-19 precaution. She's super friendly , and was able to perfectly do the set of nails I was looking for . Not a lot of people can do umbre I come to find out but Sina can!
