I went in for a pedicure, and an older man attended to me. He was extremely rude and passive-aggressive. His attitude was very poor; when I asked him to file down my nails, he laughed and said, "Your nails are too long; I need to cut." This was surprising since I've never had issues at other places. I let it go and allowed him to proceed as he wished. When I mentioned I felt like I had an ingrown toenail, he cleaned the area but dismissed my concerns, saying, "You don't have anything." They were still doing my nails and the girl wanted to charge me already. I asked if I could use Zelle, and the guy that was attending me responded that they don't accept it. I told him that I had used Zelle three weeks ago, but he insisted that was impossible and claimed they hadn't accepted it in three years--essentially calling me a liar. He added that there would be a $2 fee for using Zelle either way which I wasn't disputing; I was simply stating that I had used it before. Then, he asked me what color I wanted, but he never even showed me any options. Frustrated, I told him I didn't want any color. Despite my dissatisfaction, they still charged me $25 for a service that wasn't completed. It's no wonder this place is lonely & rarely busy. read more

I came in to get a mani/pedi. The whole process felt extremely rushed. My nails looked fine when I left the salon...but an hour after leaving I started to feel pain and irritation. Upon further examination I have so many tiny CUTS around my toenails. My fingernails aren't evenly shaped and I started to feel irritation around the cuticles. Now I'm really worried that the tools they used on me weren't clean because I have never experienced this kind of pain before. The lady who did my pedicure was very nice and gentle. The guy that works there did my nails very poorly. I was left with cuts and I was even bleeding a little bit at one point, but he still kept doing my nails. He didn't even see that I had cuts until I pointed them out. He's an old man so I don't understand why he's working there if he can't notice a customer in pain. This was my first time getting my nails done, so I wasn't sure if this amount of pain was normal. But now I know, and I never want to come here again. P.S. the nails are crooked too. I went to get a Fill & a pedicure the water was cold. I told the lady to please make it warm, I was ignored. She started to speak in her native tongue which made me feel like she was talking about me. She decided to switch with another lady in the mid of my pedicure. The gloves she had on while she did my pedicure she took her belongings n started using it on the lady she performed seating 3 pedicure chairs down she did not put new gloves on. While I'm sitting there whit the new lady I noticed they wasn't cleaning the pedicure chair bowls they was just rinsing it down with water and put on a new plastic bag DISGUSTING I also did a fill I got white gel nails chipped by the time I got to my event later on that evening. (My nails is red underneath because it's the color of the acrylic powder I had on for Christmas) had my nails done on Friday this is the result second say. My feet have never looked this way and this is the third time going here and it has gotten worse. Very itchy dry skin it looks like fungus/athletes foot. I've been coming to Divine Nails for some time now, I usually leave happy with my newly done acrylics/pedicure. I was sat to get my nails done by the man on table 6. I felt like he was rushing and didn't even listen to what length or shape I wanted. I wanted medium length, these were cut so short my real nails look better than this. I was watching when he was painting them and he didn't even bother to paint them correctly. Came in for fill sat and waited over 40min to have been passed up serval times for fills and other services. When I addressed I had been waiting, I was told "oh I forgot you were here" so what was the point of taking my name down. When I say I dislike this place with a passion I mean it! The only reason Ive gone there in the past is for my toes with Nancy! Well today I was short on time and I ended up going in for my nails! My natural nails are pretty long with an overlay to protect them. I asked the lady sitting in the first chair to please take off the overlay cut my nails a little shorter and add a new overlay on! She proceeded to rip off the overlay instead of soaking my nails! I asked her to please soak my nails because she was hurting me and she said "no because it takes to long!" After she ripped off one of my nails and stabbed me twice and made me bleed I had to tell her that's enough and please soak my nails! She went ahead and sat me aside soaking my nails and took another person for a full set! I got there at 1:30 and an hour later of sitting there soaking my nails she decided to pass me on to another nail tech.
