Dr. DiPasquale put my daughter at ease, completed the procedure efficiently and well, and called to check up on us on a Friday night, after hours. They recommended an overly complicated crown to address an old filling. I was able to go to another dentist and get the filling replaced at a fraction of the cost....saving me thousands. That is ridiculous and Vero Dental is part of our crisis around the cost of healthcare and overcharging. I would definitely stear clear of Vero Dental.

I went and got a second opinion elsewhere and paid out of pocket and paid less that they are trying to charge me AFTER insurance. Turns out I don't need any of the additional work they are saying. After paying an exorbitant amount for 2 root canals, I was sent a bill 6 months later stating that I owed another $56. When I went through all the billing with my insurance company, I was assured that I did not owe anything and that the office had attempted to submit numerous incorrect claims. The lady in the billing office was handwriting on EOB's to try and justify the extra charge and after she told me that she was going to talk to my insurance company, I didn't hear from her again. Fast forward to 9 months after that and I get a call from someone stating that they are taking over for the previous employee and would look into my account herself and let me know what she finds. 3 months later and I get a text message from Elevated Endodontics stating that I DO owe them and that they sent an email as well. I went to look at the email, expecting to see a justification for the charge.. but nooo....it was an email saying that this is their SECOND time asking me for payment and if I don't send it in 15 days they will report it to collections. Not only does this office WAY overcharge compared to any other office in the Denver area, they have completely incompetent employees in their billing office. Stay far away from this office, unless you want to have tons of surprise bills that you don't actually owe sent to you. I have spent hours of my own time going through every EOB on my own and with my insurance company and this office has done nothing but harass me over a balance I don't owe.
