I needed a neck massage so badly, and I wanted to go to a chair massage spot we normally go to in the mall, however, being a Friday before Christmas I did not want to deal with that hassle. Found this spot that's only 5 minutes away. Let me give you a slight background of my massage spots normally. I will go on groupon and pick a spot close to me that I can get an appointment with ASAP. I don't spend more than $50 for a massage. We decided on the $30 reflexology which is for an HOUR! Soooo great! This is the spot I will always go to now when I need a massage. no more groupon or livingsocial for massages!! About the charging on credit card. It clearly says they charge you $2 for the TAX on credit cards. I paid $60 even plus $12 tip (Reflexology for two people)... So they didn't charge me tax, which is AWESOME! =)

Then a woman opened the door to the treatment rooms and greater me with a "yea what so you want". I asked for a 1 hour massage and she said no she could only do 30 minutes. She showed me to a room and after some confusion she apparently wanted payment up front. We went back out to the front where she informed me Taht there was a $2 charge for paying by credit card. This was not posted anywhere. Then she was unhappy with my tip before she even provided the service. I asked for my money back if my tip before service was not sufficient. After much huffing she took be back to the treatment room where I received the worst massage of my life. I have bruises and am in more discomfort than before I came. After this torture was over I could barely get off the table because I was in so much pain. As I was dressing the woman opened the door without knocking and said ok. It was obvious I needed to leave. I was not offered any water and felt I was basically kicked out. This is not the hospitality or service I have received previously. As a result I will not go back and will ensure I let others know of my experience. Because I was in so much pain I went to Diamond nails a few doors down to sit in their chairs to relax. They were very nice and welcoming. Do not go to Yo-yo reflexology unless you want to throw your money away.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with getting a massage. My friend found underwear in the…read morearea where he was waiting. Masseuse asked for the money upfront when we were already in the rooms and informed us that it was to pay upfront and the tip. And during the actual massage, there was no such thing as deep tissue or knowing exactly which one of the massages was being received. We went on Valentine's Day before they closed was being tickled the whole time instead of actually getting a massage. I left more tense than I went in. As well as we were only going for a massage and the masseuse assumed that because she asked for the tip upfront and because we were coming together, the tip was gonna be split between the two of us. She made the assumption that we wanted something more than just a massage. Which is 100% false as we are not interested in what she was providing. I would love to get a full refund for that experience because it actually made me feel more uncomfortable than anything, especially from a massage parlor that clarifies that they have the rules inside of the rooms that informed all the patrons that the massage therapist there only do massages.
