Second time here and it's absolutely the worst place. Will not return. First of all, when you soak your feet and lay back into a flat position, you put so much pressure on your back it's horrible and painful. Massage people should know this! I paid for a 45 minute FOOT rub. What I got was a guy rubbing oil all up and down my shins. Not any attention to my feet. No real 'massage' effort. It was horrible. read more

Wonderful full body and reflexology massage, by the gentleman! The husband and wife couple were very lovely and accommodating, seeing me last minute for a magnificent 90 minute massage, prior to going to the airport for a flight back home. He was amazing and knowledgable with all the pressure points, very considerate and helped me breathe through the tough spots. I am a dentist and my body is a wreck, but was never in too much discomfort (he would consistently check in with me re the pressure and would warn me for the tender spots). Had a great 60 minute massage with my best friend Sophie! They were very accommodating by making sure we had a room together and so kind. With the massage we had there were intervals where we had towels covering us even with clothing and intervals where our tops were removed with a towel placed over. Each and every time the towel slipped out of place the masseur was quick in putting it back in place even though it would be removed later for hot oil. Although they didn't seem to speak much English they understood what was being said and were very kind and would laugh along with us when some funny noise or interesting method was used. Everything has changed since they changed ownership. I was extremely happy before. But my latest experiences were traumatizing. Two independent masseuses took advantage of me while doing the massage. One of them sexually assaulted me. I was so in shock that I couldn't react. I ended my membership right after. Please do not consider this place. I will report them to the police. read more

But oh man, these people will take you on a cross-country road trip to Wind-down town. You'll get there quick fast and in a hurry but these guys will make sure you stay in physiological serenity for as long as your heart so desires. If this had been my first visit I would not return. It was one of those "stay in the same spot even though nothing is there" massages. She rarely even put more lotion on hands so it was like a dry uncomfortable thing when on skin. Just was not good or relaxing at all which is what I needed after a 65 hour work week. Hello folks this is a traditional reflexology massage establishment. 1. The more clothing you are willing to removed the better the experience. Does not mean all clothes off. But bikini and shorts make for maximized experience. This allows for lotion/oil use on legs, arms, neck, torso, calves, and feet. This is not just feet. This is full body but in a chair. 2. Leave your junk in the trunk or in the car. Empty your pockets. Any items in pockets should come out completely. 3. Guys remove your t shirts gal's leave on your bikini top. Give maximum access for maximum benefit. If you wish more or less pressure, speak up. Tell them more pressure please, deeper pressure please, or less/lighter pressure please!!! Communicate. When the session starts you lay face up in the chair, your feet soaking. Next they work on your face, scalp, neck and shoulders. Then each arm in it's entirety including wrist, Palm and fingers. Depending on male or female, males get chest, then both get tummy, Now they work on feet, ankles, shin's, and calves. Removing each foot and drying it, placing them on the Hasock. Then dumping the water. They ideally work left to right. Lotion is involved. This usually puts me to sleep here. They concentrate on the bottom of your feet. Depending their level of training they also can work on specific areas that effect issues you are having in your body. My wife studied in China. This can be very helpful health wise. No room here for that. Once they finish this now thighs front and legs. Rub both. Now you turn over face down. There is a donut hole in the chair. They put a paper towel down to protect I your face a you lay face down. They work their way top down. Head, neck, shoulders, arms, back (entire back) if no or extremely limited clothes you get a fantastic rub. Oil or lotion. If clothes towel is used still good massage just not as deep or as relaxing. Next Glutes, thighs, calves, feet. Done. Make sure to leave a tip. They are polite they do hard work. Good Efforts deserve good rewards. Just because you choose not to come properly prepared for the experience is not their fault. Rule of thumb: the longer the session the better the tip. You really like the work show them and tell them. Leave a good tip and hand it to them. You will be glad you did. read more

We just finished 2 hours of pure heaven. I feel like a brand new woman, which is saying a lot because I limped in here with some serious sciatic and lower back pain, and an excruciating headache!! My husband and I both had the 120 minute head to toe experience. I don't know why anyone would choose to have the shorter ones with the prices here. We pay 3x this for only so-so massages, when here you get the full reflexology treatment, not to mention the stretching and the hot towel treatments. I honesty don't know how many times I caught myself snoring. It was a mix between the best pain ever (the kind where you get true relief) and the most relaxing, calming experience I've ever had. I was not sure what to expect but I had a really good experience here. I love massages and have had many, mostly at fancy spas (e.g. expensive). The pricing here is really affordable which is why I was skeptical but I made an appointment, went in, and the guy at the front was very friendly. He introduced me to my masseuse who didn't seem to speak English but no worries. He took me behind the curtain to a large room sectioned off with dressing screens. I thought the experience would be impersonal with so many sessions in an open room but as soon as he got started I forgot about everyone else (and it wasn't too noisy as he had music playing). He worked my feet, scalp, arms and legs. Then he stepped out and had me remove my shirt and lie facedown. He used hot stones and then rubbed my back. By the time he was done (70 minute session), I was completely relaxed and my muscles felt great. I slept really well and woke up feeling amazing! You won't get a luxurious soa experience here but the body work is second to none for a fraction of the cost. I also used a Yelp discount so got a really good deal. Let me start of by saying that we checked out many massage places and decided to give this one a try and came here with my Wife to experience the massage. This was our first time getting any kind of massage and the wholr experience was just awesome, plain awesome. We both had amazing time. Though our masseur didnt speak much english, I pointed out some tensed muscles in the starting and they worked em out real good. Customer service was very good as well. We loved it so much that we ended up signing up for the membership. Be careful with this place! In fact, maybe don't go. Spend the extra $30 for an hour massage at a business with legitimate massage therapists. In August I went (and I had gone to this place a few times before without significant issues), but this time was entirely different. The lady who performed my "full body massage" seriously injured my neck in doing unprofessional massage. She sat on me and pressed all of her weight on my neck, making me choke and cough before she stopped that. When she flipped me over, she exposed my entire lower body by pulling the cover/towel only over my breasts. The man next to her who was massaging my friend heard me gasp at this and and said "no no no!!" Then she quickly covered me back up and proceeded with a bad "massage". This experience was humiliating, painful, and now I am over $3000 in debt due to having to get medical care. They never called me back to speak with me on the issue, and after stopping in 3 times, I randomly got a call from a guy yesterday saying he's "the new general manager" but unable to help me as they allegedly bought the business right after my incident... sketchy? Yeah. Would I ever go back? Absolutely not. Be careful. I hope this saves peoples' bodies, dignity and money! read more

Had a great massage! Glad the front desk gal could speak both languages and translate to the masseuse what I was looking for. This place stood out from any of the other places I've been to by asking what kind of pressure I like. I'm a big girl but I have a health condition that makes me have tender muscles so when I was asked what kind of pressure I like, my massage was not as painful. I almost fell asleep when my masseuse was massaging my head and feet. I would wish they had offer a cold bottle of water after my massage instead of a small cup of warm water.
