Staff consisted of mix of Asians and non-Asians. Before the food came out our waiter brought over a little black plate with 4 white towelettes rolled up like little marshmallows. My youngest thought it was a marshmallow and tried to eat it. We stopped him! Coincidentally, the booth behind us had a large party of adults and one of the adults did the same. Makes for a good laugh but down the road this could be a huge liability. Osaka restaurant should change up the presentation before a customer chokes on the little towelette. We started out with scallion pancakes, egg rolls, wonton soup, and hot & sour soup. Scallion pancakes were hot, crispy, and tasty. Egg rolls were blah. No flavor and all cabbage. No protein mixed in.
