Purchased one of the top of the line hearing aids. Being my fathers first pair, he was VERY careful with them. The small wire broke within the first few months and EARMASTERS repaired them free of charge. The wire broke a second time within a few months but EARMASTERS will not repair them again unless he pays $150. Numerous attempts were made to contact EARMASTERS through phone calls/messages and emails but they have failed to return my calls. I reacheded out to the manufacturer of the hearing aids, Audibel and responded very quickly. They suggested I contact one of their other preferred providers for assistance, which I have done. Will keep you posted on the outcome.

Negative experience!! Don't recommend. I've been with them for 3 or 4 years after my Primary Care…read moredoctor of 36 years passed away. I've never seen a doctor, just the APN. I've been made to feel like a criminal for refilling the same meds I've been on for over 30 years. I have to pay for drug screening as it is not covered by insurance. Gee, its always negative. Imagine that. They switched the lab they use, and the wrong screening test was run. I had to take time off from work, and drive back to the office for another urine sample and pay for another screening - also negative. I needed a vacation fill for an overseas trip, and they put me through the wringer, then refused to call it in until the day before I flew out. And, the pharmacy has been out of stock in the past. I had to change my plans just to fit in getting the Rx pre-flight, assuming it was in stock. I asked "what if it is not in stock?" They told me "you will need to call around to other pharmacies and let us know who has it." Right before my flight. Nice. I have never had a single issue in all my years elsewhere and was able to receive my meds via the mail order pharmacy that provides my coverage. Not here. They won't allow mail order, and will only fill 28 days at a time. The insurance wants me to do my usual 90 day fill via mail order like before. They are watching my blood sugar, so ordered an A1C off-cycle. When I came in for my physical, they ordered bloodwork. When I got home, I noticed there was no A1C ordered, so I called them. They said they forgot it and I had to take more time off from work, drive back and pick it up as they don't work electronically with Quest Labs - a national lab. Enough already. I will look elsewhere.

Went in with a pain that was after a vaccine shot my 2nd one boy this shot hurt so I seat for hrs I…read morewent back home to relive pain hot bath to warm the arm then went back to emergency room emergency staff saw I was in pain nurse and crowed their were amazing I was looked at and doctor was trying to figure out what meds for me to take so finally one worked but when they drew blood they saw that may lever was not operating correctly they gave me an IV and they made the IV flush out meds I took earlier so I seat for hrs and they kept me over a night to flush my out good the staff was amazing on the second floor mark who took me to rooms was an amazing gentleman Jackie the nurse was amazing Rayden was amazing Iusko the nurse amazing every single nurse amazing I felt like I was home I wanted to stay but Rayden came over to me real professional he did my release when I first arrived on the floor I met Jackie and Rayden what true professional the both of them were toward me I was speechless Noble I was born there and it felt like home again from the bottom of my heart thank you for making it feel like home the second shift had another pair of true professionals

DOUGLAS MCADOO, MD ------ were WONDERFUL showing care and concern and making sure that he received the right tests and treatment to resolve his problem.
