All the work looked to be of the highest quality. Unfortunately, the boiler had issues and needed to be replaced recently. Vermont Energy was extremely customer oriented and the new system was installed at lightning speed. Four techs showed up and had the new boiler and hot water storage tank installed in one day. Even though the original boiler failed prematurely I am very pleased with the service provided me to make things right. All of the technicians were sharp pencils willing to go the extra mile. As I put out requests for multiple quotes, Falcon was the only company that I felt to be truthful, honest, and on time with when they said they would get us a quote. I had to chase down other companies and in one case, waited 4 days for a quote, rather than 1. That's not something anyone can deal with when it's cold out and their heat doesn't work. In addition, they came out to give us a quote that day, knowing Vermont Gas shut off our boiler saying it was entirely broken. The owner was the one who showed up and not only explained the complications with installing a new boiler, but inspected the boiler to deem it safe and turn it back on. The other companies we reached out to sent a sales person who had little understanding of the complications we faced with our boiler change. Thank goodness Falcon was the first to come out and take a look so we could educate the sales people from the other vendors.

He checked inventory to find the exact location, but only the product for driveways was shelved there. He checked again and we headed to another aisle for the roof treatment. The shelf space was empty (although inventory listed 4 in stock) and he searched the overhead storage area as well as products from last season and found none. We then went to the Garden aisle to find Randy who joined the search. No luck. However, he later came to us with an alternative product. I read the instructions and review and decided to purchase it. Both of these employees were persistent in pleasing a customer rather than simply saying "We don't have any."
