My wife and I were doing a full kitchen renovation, which meant a lot of anxiety given the complexity of the project and the cost. We worked with Amy and Leo to do the cabinets and countertops at a price that worked for us achieving our dream kitchen. The two of them are kind, knowledgeable, skilled, and fair. From Amy's responsiveness on design, price, and cabinet questions (and I asked A LOT of questions) to Leo's expertise and speed of fabricating and installing high quality countertops, this was a luxury experience at a discount price. The cabinets are high quality and beat the quotes we received from everyone else by thousands of dollars. Amy worked with us to do multiple redesigns/swap outs of cabinets to make sure our arrangement was exactly what we wanted. We would absolutely use both Amy and Leo again in a heatbeat, though I think it will be a long time before we need any other help given the quality of what we installed. I started the process wanting carrera marble, but after going to the stone yard, Mona noticed that I was being repeatedly drawn to a quartzite (fantasy brown). I didn't even notice it until Mona pointed it out! So after I jumped into the bold (fantasy brown) and left the classic humdrum (carrera) behind, enter John and his team of installers. While templating, John even gave me suggestions on my choice of brackets for the floating counter. During the install day, the crew was friendly, professional, and quick! Even though there were slight modifications needed, which were explained to me in a clear manner, the install took less than 2 hours. I'm extremely happy with BSW and would recommend them to anyone!

I did a partial kitchen reno and needed to match the existing quartz counters that Mona's team installed last time. Ran into a problem: they didn't have any remnants in that color, and I'd have to purchase a whole slab just to match a little section. Mona came to the rescue! She offered me a remnant of a different color that she promised matches really really closely the original color. And since the new section was to be installed across from the old one (not contiguous), it would be very hard to tell. Sure enough, it worked out perfectly and Mona saved me a lot of money by finding a creative solution. Just like last time, I was doing this long distance without seeing anything in person. With contractors there is always drama or miscommunications, especially if you are not there to supervise. Not with Mona. Her reliability, attention to detail, and smart problem-solving in every project, no matter how small, give me total peace of mind. And the prices are still very reasonable, even years later! Hosea's painter team did nothing short of a miracle job. Really…read more I wholeheartedly recommend you go with them. You can't go wrong. I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job. Paint was from Farrow & Ball with the exception of the windows trim (Sherwin Williams).

I called Mass Appliance Masters yesterday to help figure out what going on with my convector…read more(heater/ac). Last year it was leaking, so I had to shut it off. A guy whole management recommended wanted $6000 to fix it. The convector cost $4000 including installation. I told that man I would roast before handing over $6000 I made an appointment just yesterday and the man showed up today on time. He was very professional. He took the convector apart. Dirt and dust had clogged the drip tray. While it was open he cleaned the dirt and cat hair that had collected. The total charge was $295 !!! I was very happy. I wrote him a check. I couldn't be happier!!!!!!!
