Everyone there is very caring and friendly. They go the extra mile to make sure you and the baby are healthy. I highly recommend it.

Last week I called NEOBGYN and was so happy because the receptionist made the intake process so easy and got me an appointment within the next few days. Fast forward a few days later and I arrive for my appointment and was greeted by reception and Amanda was fabulous and made my first appointment easy. The MAs were great too. Then, I met the NP and it all went downhill from there. The NP has terrible bedside manner. I was met with a judging demeanor and was pushed to get on birth control and not even warned with any of the side effects and she didn't really care that I wasn't interested in it. Later she called me to give me my results and her tone was almost sarcastic , it really upset me. I think NP Brianna can use some lessons on how to treat patients with respect. read more

NE OBGYN is truly one of a kind. I was followed by their practice for my first pregnancy and delivery and I couldn't have asked for better care, attention to detail, warmth and guidance. I felt that every request or question I had was answered throughout my pregnancy. I chose Dr Lieberman to be my primary OB after reading her bio on the website and also per recommendation by Dr Hernandez, who was previously my primary when I miscarried with my first (she no longer does OB). Dr Lieberman is down to earth and relatable. She shared personal experiences and made me feel like she understood me. I was anxious about going past my due date due to my brothers wedding being 10 days after and Dr Lieberman came up with a safe tentative plan to ensure I delivered by my due date, if not before (when I was full term). She completely eased my mind and gave me all the research behind why induction at 39 weeks was safe. When it came time for my induction, Dr Lieberman was thorough with explaining each part of the process. Her colleague, Dr Marsh is honestly just as wonderful and was the OB that ultimately completed my delivery. Dr Marsh is just as relatable and attentive as Dr Lieberman. You cannot go wrong with either of them! If and when I have my next baby, I'll definitely be going back to them :) read more

Good things first: The staff is nice. You can have everything you need done at the office (ultrasound, blood work, vaccines etc.). HOWEVER, I probably had the worst delivery experience with this clinic. First of all, do not expect your doctor to be there to deliver your baby, it will be a different doctor who'll be on call that day. On one of my appointments, when I was asking questions to one of the doctors I saw, she said "Why don't you save some of your questions for the next appointment." And I was 35 weeks pregnant then!!! My water broke on the last day of week 36 and I went straight to Brigham and Womens. The doctor on call came into the NST room and said there wasn't any available incubators at the NICU for my baby so they had to transfer me to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I was transfered to BIDMC in an ambulance and I gave birth to my baby girl on the first day of week 37 (that same day after midnight) so they didn't take her to the NICU, she stayed with me the whole time. I understand that there are policies they needed to follow, and a baby born before week 37 goes to NICU no matter if she's healthy or not. But I thought; having sent me to another hospital hours after the labor started, they could at least follow up with me. read more

Dr.Vincent is absolutely amazing along with the rest of her team! Very professional and compassionate. Many doctors don't have "bed side manner" but Dr.Vincent makes you feel 100% comfortable and takes your word about your health. I live in Halifax, almost an hour drive, and its definitely worth the trip to see such an amazing doctor and team! read more

I got turn away and asked to reschedule for my Pap smear appointment . I am also held responsible for it. I was almost 30 minutes late and didn't called. I would not have written the review if the staff did not stated that Sarah Nadarajah NP has a strict 15 minutes rules . Which I find it unfair. Provider often runs late between 30 - 60 mins . It is okay for the patient to arrive on time and still have to wait beyond their scheduled time . Unless The New England OBGYN never runs more then 15 minutes behind . Which is not true from my experience. I often have to wait at least 30 minutes . It is also such a coincidence after I checked in online for today visit. I got a text from the clinic saying they are running behind . Please continue to wait in your car . There should be more cushion room and consideration when turning a patient away. So people don't make the same mistake as me, online when you do a quick google search or out it in your maps it says it doesn't open until 8:30 am. I got an email from the portal saying I had an appointment at 7:30 am (didn't say address or my provider) . Confused as it said it wasn't open I called and it just rang and rang, no voicemail or anything. I couldn't find the hours anywhere on their website either, maybe it was hidden but it should be fairly obvious. I logged into my portal and kept getting and error so I figured I'll just go right when they open. I get there and the woman at front desk says looks like your appointment was at 7:30 and I said yeah I was confused no one answered the phone and online it said you didn't open until 8:30. And she said yeah the phones aren't on till 8:30. So I had to reschedule to later in the day and interrupt my work day. Anyways, I understand my fault in all this but for people look up the times and see 8:30 am... that's wrong so beware. Hopefully they can update a voicemail and the times to be correct because that was so frustrating. read more

I've been very, very happy with New England OBGYN. I'm a patient with Dr. Hernandez, having transferred from another obgyn in Chicago during a move in my third trimester of my first pregnancy. The transition itself was so easy. Nurses were very responsive and willing to schedule a first time appointment. Other observations: -They schedule via email and send email reminders -They help you create an online profile where you will receive a copy of medical records after each OB visit -Large practice, I think 7 or 8 doctors? I've so far seen 3. -Never have they tried to push me to schedule with a NP because a doctor is not available. -Practically no wait time. Have never had to sit and wait for someone to see me or because the doctor was running so late. The best, and most important, part are the quality of physicians. Dr. Hernandez has been so great to work with. She is straight forward, answers questions, explains what is going on, and overall has made this new mama-to-be very comfortable in her capable hands. Went here because I wanted to eventually deliver at the Brigham. Then, I learned this is a factory. Too many doctors too many patients. Sat in the waiting room for an hour before anyone even said anything to me. I saw a women check in and say, it's not going to be long right? I have to go back to work. Made me think she's also been waiting long before. The Dr I saw was nice enough, but not enough for me to stay there. Ultrasound tech wasn't that nice either. If you're looking for one on one care of a smaller office, don't go here. read more

You can't get better care than this! Everyone is amazing and caring there...doctors, nurses, lactation consultant etc. They take the extra time to listen to you and you can tell that they genuinely care about you and your needs and enjoy their jobs. I had my first baby elsewhere and my second here with Dr Vincent and my experience was like night and day. I love that they have you schedule some of your appts with the other doctors in the group so you get to know everyone so it's not a surprise if you go into labor and another doc in the group ends up delivering your baby. Also the offices and exam rooms are modern and very clean. I also cannot say enough about how great Brigham & Women's hospital and the entire staff there especially the nurses. All around amazing experience here!!!! read more

I moved to Newton from San Diego in November (about halfway through my third pregnancy). So far, I love New England OB/GYN. I have only been seen by Dr. Lampert because I have a scheduled c-section with her, and I don't mind if she's not the person who delivers. She is very kind, and doesn't make me feel awkward. The appointments are quick and painless, and I get all my questions answered. I like that they are connected with Brigham Women's Hospital, too. read more

Waste of my time coming here. I was referred through a friend of a friend and I wish I wasn't. Terrible service. I should have went to the Brigham Hospital from the beginning. Employees at the front were goofying off and it just wasn't a pleasant atmosphere. Very disappointing. Waste of time. Urgh, NEVER EVER coming back here AGAIN. read more

I also transferred here because of a 3rd trimester move to the Boston area and the whole staff was so accommodating and my level of care was noticeably superior to what I'd been receiving previously. The only potential con (for some, it doesn't bother me) is that it's a larger practice so "your" doctor is less likely to be on call at the hospital when you deliver unless you can schedule for that. On the flip side, that means that your doctor is more available for appointments which is arguably more helpful. Everyone I've met has been wonderful though - great bedside manor and incredibly experienced and intelligent. I recommend to all my friends with no reservations! read more

I have been a patient at New England OBGYN Assoc. for more than 4 months with my first pregnancy. I see Dr. Taryn A. Lieberman and she is terrific! I have also seen Dr. Hernandez who is also wonderful. I have never had an issue with wait times but I also typically go first thing in the morning. The office staff is very kind and accommodating and I have had nothing but a great experience here thus far! read more
