They make you feel very comfortable with the whole thing. I can see without my contacts and glasses. It's the best investment ever. This is day 5 after the surgery and I can already see the improvement. It's painless and it's very little risk. You should get it done if you have been thinking about it. It is really life changing.

The most annoying thing about Dr. Milner, is how he talks to his assistant about you like you are NOT even in the room. He dictates and refers to you as "the patient" in the 3rd person " while you are sitting right there in the chair. He keep nothing confidential because he is always dictating to the assistant so you can hear every other patients problems and they can hear yours. My first meeting( after waiting 3 hours )I could hear him on the phone yelling at someone saying " Tell Ira if he doesn't like it he can give me my 95 Grand back."This guy is the quintessential putz. He told me if Dr. Milner can't help you no one will. He told me to have patience and bring a good book because I will be there a long time. He is so good that he is booked beyond belief. The doctor that referred me was correct. Dr. Milner gave me relief finally. My eyes water like there is no tomorrow. Yes, you may have to wait awhile in his waiting room but I assure you the wait is well worth it. Dr. Milner is both a brilliant doctor and a wonderful human being. He assured me the entire time I was going to him don't worry I won't stop until I make your eyes feel better. I want to thank Dr. Milner for helping me and I would reccomend him to anyone who has Dry Eye Syndrome. Thank you for your dedication.

very rude staff! I could hear from the waiting room how rude they were to patients on the phone!…read morethen they would talk about them when they hung up. this office still makes you have to call from the parking lot! they want to know your vaccine status for covid and insist you still wear a mask and above the nose. The nurse was so snarky. my mask came down under my nose and she barked at me to leave it above my nose at all times. I was doing the eye exam and they were fogging up. she said that's too bad you will get used to it but you must leave it up at all times. I walked out of the office in disgust never seeing the doctor!!!
